Tourism Video of Naro Cawayan Masbate PH
I have known Naro in Cawayan, Masbate for its dried jacket fish bones, the local name for the fish is Saguksok. I finally had the chance to visit this island, southwest of the main island of Masbate. And I found out one of the major sources of income of the people there is “Lambayan”, catching and selling crabs, “lambay”. In fact there is a small crab meat extraction mill in the village. We visited Camp Elizabeth Resort and a fish sanctuary in sitio Bantigue. I met some interesting people. I wish I stayed longer and discover more about the island and the people there.
