There are several paradises fed by springs that we can find from north to south of the country. Near a small Roman bridge and surrounded by endless vegetation, the natural pool of Ançã is born, in the municipality of Cantanhede.
The clear and limpid water is always being renewed, as it comes directly from the stream of Fonte de Ançã. This natural pool, also known as a river beach, in the center of the historic village of Ançã, has different heights for children and adults, perfect for swimming with your family or spending an afternoon with friends.

É uma praia fluvial de água cristalina bem guardada e estimada pelos seus habitantes. Fica na vila de Ançã, em Cantanhede.
São vários os paraísos alimentados por nascentes que podemos encontrar de norte a sul do País. Perto de uma pequena ponte romana e rodeada de uma vegetação sem fim, nasce a piscina natural de Ançã, no município de Cantanhede.

Coimbra é uma cidade e um município português, sendo capital da Região de Coimbra, da Região do Centro e do Distrito de Coimbra. Tem uma área urbana de 94,65 km2, 99.792 habitantes em 2021 e uma denisdade populacional de 1.054 habitantes por km2, sendo a oitava maior cidade do país.
É sede do município de Coimbra, tendo uma extensão de 319,40 km2, 140.796 habitantes em 2021 e uma denisdade populacional de 441 habitantes por km2, dividindo-se em 18 freguesias. O município é limitado a norte pelo município da Mealhada, a leste pelos municípios de Penacova, Vila Nova de Poiares e Miranda do Corvo, a sul pelo município da Condeixa-a-Nova, a oeste pelo município de Montemor-o-Velho e a noroeste pelo município de Cantanhede.
Coimbra é uma cidade historicamente universitária, por causa da Universidade de Coimbra, uma das mais antigas da Europa e das maiores de Portugal, fundada em 1290 como Estudo Geral Português por D. Dinis em Lisboa que depois várias instalações nas duas cidades, se fixou definitivamente na cidade do Mondego em 1537. Na história recente a população estudantil da Universidade teve um papel importante ao ser ativamente defensora dos valores da liberdade e democracia frente à ditadura do Estado Novo. Uma das cidades mais antigas do país, foi a capital de Portugal antes de Lisboa, até 1255, e nela está o primeiro Panteão Nacional, o Mosteiro de Santa Cruz.
Coimbra é atravessada pelo rio Mondego, que nasce na Serra da Estrela, no sentido Este-Oeste.
É considerada uma das mais importantes cidades portuguesas, devido a infraestruturas, organizações e empresas nela instaladas para além da sua importância histórica e privilegiada posição geográfica no centro de Portugal continental, entre as cidades de Lisboa e do Porto. Ao nível de serviços oferecidos, é acima de tudo no ensino e nas tecnologias ligadas à saúde que a cidade consegue maior notoriedade.A população estudantil da cidade ronda os 37 mil matriculados, parte no ensino superior público não politécnico, parte no ensino superior público politécnico e parte no ensino superior privado.
