Dopo una notte di meritato riposo presso la casa di fraternità delle Discepole del Vangelo ci mettiamo in marcia verso Cittadella, la terza città murata incontrata sul nostro cammino.
Dopo un antipatico tratto lungo il provinciale il percorso andrà via via migliorando il sentiero degli Ezelini prima e diversi tratti tra i campi o attraverso tranquille cittadine (Castello di Godego, Galliera Veneta) ci porteranno a destinazione.
Degne di nota le Motte di Castello di Godego, un insediamento protostorico del XIV° secolo avanti Cristo, leggermente fuori percorso e apprezzabile specialmente dall'alto.

632 - TG. Premiazioni e Concerto a Sommariva Perno - 7 settembre 2019
Sommariva Perno, 7 settembre 2019 -Associazione di Volontariato Centro Culturale di San Bernardino.
Maria Lucia Alasia e Alberto Berrino, allievi rispettivamente della 3^B e della 3^A, sono i vincitori del “Premio al merito 2018/2019”, bandito per il nono anno consecutivo dal Centro culturale San Bernardino e riservato ai due alunni migliori delle due sezioni al termine della Terza media. Anche un'altra alunna, Beatrice Alessandra Rosso (3^B), ha riportato un brillante “10” alla fine dell'anno scolastico. Anche lei, grazie al contributo del Gruppo Volontari di Sommariva Perno, ha ricevuto un buono per acquisto libri di € 150. Insieme ai “magnifici tre” sono stati poi premiati con il “Riconoscimento al merito” e due libri sulla storia di Sommariva Perno altri cinque alunni delle due classi (Virginia Albonico, Martina Alessio, Gabriele Marini, Alessia Bertone, Emanuele Delpozzo) che hanno ottenuto anch'essi risultati di eccellenza al termine della Terza media. Il premio, sostenuto come sempre anche dalla Banca d'Alba, che crede molto nei giovani, è stato consegnato dall'assessore alla cultura e all'istruzione del Comune di Sommariva Perno, dott.ssa Maria Ascheri, dal sindaco di Baldissero d'Alba, Michele Lusso, e dalla prof.ssa Manuela Demichelis in rappresentanza dell'Istituto Comprensivo di Sommariva Perno. Era presente anche il sindaco di Sommariva Perno, geom. Walter Cornero, che ha concluso la cerimonia con un breve, ma significativo intervento sul senso della scuola e dello studio.
Il “Premio al merito” consiste in un buono per l'acquisto dei libri per il primo anno delle Superiori (€ 300 per chi ottiene la votazione di 10/10; € 250 per il miglior 9/10). E' quindi un modo concreto che il Centro culturale ha scelto e continuerà a scegliere anche per l'anno scolastico appena iniziato per premiare e valorizzare le giovani eccellenze della scuola sommarivese. I premi ai migliori alunni sommarivesi sono stati consegnati nel corso di una bella serata, impreziosita dal coinvolgente concerto dell'Accademia Eridana di Torino, che ha appassionato e incuriosito (musica del '600 e '700 suonata su strumenti antichi originali) il numeroso pubblico presente e anche i premiati, ai quali è stati dedicato.
