BAGBAG BRIDGE
After doing some readings, the common description, Bagbag bridge was the site where the first battle between Filipino and American soldiers transpires. It was also noted that it is where the longest battle led by Gen. Gregorio del Pilar during the Filipino-American Wars. It was also pointed that no battle won by Filipinos over the Americans. With this, it was referred to as the stronghold line for the defense of the Calumpit–Apalit.

Lots of black pepper is the main spice that makes it a Longganisa. But what makes this Calumpit Longganisa special? Farm to market roads usually is not interconnected to each other. Often, these roads lead to a single main road entrance exit. But the Gugo Farm roads are different. You can access it via the McArthur Highway-Calumpit side and can traverse to Iba-Este Road or Provincial Road. Relish the scenic view of rice fields in and out of the road.

CALUMPIT Bulacan Road Trip No. 17 | Heavy Traffic Alert!
Calumpit is a 1st class municipality in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. It is home to 118,471 people.
btw, the traffic is caused by projects for repairing elevating the major roads, so it is understandable. :)
Calumpit was already an established barangay even before the coming of the Spaniards. It was under the leadership of Gat-Maitim. Agriculture was the main source of livelihood of the people and even today it is part of the town's lifeblood. Calumpit at that time was the center of trade and barter among its neighboring barangays. The Pampanga and the Quingua rivers served as the arteries through which the goods coming in and out of Calumpit passed. This was a factor why Calumpit became a progressive place during that period. The said rivers at present, still serve as arteries for trade and commerce in Calumpit.
Calumpit was derived from the name of the hardwood trees called Calumpit, found abundantly growing in front of the Calumpit Catholic Church. The hardwood was widely used and from then on it was adopted as the town's official name. source:

This is the private resort were me and my family bond together after 3-4 months of not seeing each other because of the lockdown. It was fun and memorable and we had a good time.

R&J Gardens Home of Butterflies can be used for Garden Weddings, Parties, Trainings/Seminars, Team Buildings, & other events.
The R&J Gardens is planned for a farm, resort, and training center. The Master Plan includes the (re-) creation of the R&J Home of Butterflies, the building of WorkLand M&E Institute Training Center and other offices (currently, it houses the offices of PHILDEV (Philippine Evaluators for Development, ) and the Philippines branch office of APEA (Asia Pacific Evaluation Association, ), and the major component -the R&J Farm and Resort, which will feature series of gardens, pools, agri-farms, grape orchards, green houses, and science-tech based development. The main building activities commenced in 2014 and still progressing. It started accepting bigger events since middle of 2018.
R&J Gardens Home of Butterflies had its early beginning in 2002 -2004, when an area of a large idle land adjacent to Ateneo University in Quezon City (owned by Meralco) was developed as a butterfly park (1000sqm) for science trips, excursions, and other events. More than 20 varieties of butterflies were bred and made as ‘residents’ of the net-enclosed park. Together with the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), which was simultaneously constructed by the same developer in the remaining part of the lot, the butterfly haven was a big hit to urban kids and adults alike. The Home of Butterflies is now being revived in its new site at Sitio Danga, the permanent home of R&J Gardens.
