LURUGAN, VALENCIA CITY BUKIDNON AERIAL VIEW.
Lurugan is one of the 31 barangays of Valencia City, Bukidnon. It is bounded by Mount Nebo in the west, San Carlos in the east, the municipality of Lantapan in the north, and Tugaya and Barobo in the south.
During the American Occupation of the Philippines, this area was part of Lurugan Valley, where the first Secretary of the Interior, Dean C. Worcester, established his own ranch in 1921. This was aside from the 10,000 hectares he acquired near Diklum for AMPHILCO (American Philippine Company). After his death, his son Frederick managed the ranch. Based on the topography of the place, Lurugan Valley also included Kisalom, which is now part of Mountain View College.

Butuan-Buenavista-Nasipit Coastal Road: One of the Most Scenic Drive In The Philippines
Usa sa maong dagkong proyekto mao ang Butuan City-Agusan del Norte Coastal Road project nga ubos sa Caraga Priority Road Infrastructure (CPRIP) agig suporta sa economic development plan sa Rehiyon nga gilaraw sa pagpalambo sa bag-ong prayoridad nga mga proyekto sa imprastraktura nga makapadasig sa siyudad, probinsyal, ug rehiyonal nga kalihokan sa ekonomiya.
Ang coastal road project nakita nga mokomplemento sa road development plan sa siyudad pinaagi sa pag-abli sa mga coastal areas alang sa urban renewal ingon man alang sa socio-economic activities sama sa agricultural, fishery, turismo, ug industrial development. Uban sa gikinahanglan nga imprastraktura, ang gilantaw nga Butuan economic zone makasiguro sa umaabot nga komersiyal ug industriyal nga pakiglambigit ug trabaho.
Gilantaw usab niini aron matubag ang nagkadaghang kahuot sa trapiko sa Butuan City proper subay sa Daang Maharlika ug Butuan City-Cagayan de Oro City-Iligan Road (BCIR) tungod kay magsilbi kini nga bypass/diversion o alternate road nga magdugtong sa Daang Maharlika. paingon sa Masao Port Road ug Nasipit Port nga dili moagi sa main city road.
