Bukidnon is a paradise for anyone who has ever dreamed of retreating to the peace and quiet of the mountains. Taking its name after the term for highlander or mountain dweller, the landlocked province is surrounded by caves, rising peaks, and roaring rivers. This pastoral plateau is home to 7 indigenous groups, each named after the bodies of water near their initial dwelling places. These days, the province is known for its traditions and cultural, aesthetic, and artistic heritage, as well as nature trails and activities. These attractions can be seen and accessed year-round, but most of the adventure resorts and hotels in Bukidnon fill up with tourists during the Kaamulan Festival.

CABANGLASAN-SAN FERNANDO ROAD UNCUT VIDEO COVERAGE (This road will connect to Bukidnon-Tagum City)
#OurMindanao is a beautiful place. New roads bring peace and progress.
In 2020 we passed through this unfinished road. Parts in Bukidnon were still under construction then.
2021 to 2022 brings more momentum to constructing these alternate roads from Cabanglasan, Bukidnon to Tagum, in Davao del norte. Some parts of San Fernando Bukidnon are still under construction but are now on their final leg.
What makes these roads important? The bridges being built over the vast Pulangi and Tigwa rivers mean our farmers can now transport their goods through these old logging roads.
Drive through the unknown roads, and experience what our land has to offer... amazing views, bountiful harvests along the way, a landscape of ricefields, cocoa farms, corn farms... and if you are lucky, a waterfall or two along the way. Enjoy!
