Hej,
Od razu z góry przepraszam, że w każdym klipie jakość jest inna: wszystkie te ujęcia nagrywałam na przestrzeni pięciu lat i przez te lata używałam różnego sprzętu, nie nastawiając się jeszcze na nagrywanie do internetu.
Dlatego też jakość zmienia się od jakości telefonu do jakości drona, możecie też również zaobserwować, że na niektórych ujęciach mam blond włosy, czyli było to nagrywane 5 lat temu :)
W końcu jednak, po pięciu latach, jestem gotowa by przedstawić Wam miejsca na Sycylii warte odwiedzenia, bo ja sama znam już wyspę, jak swoją własną kieszeń. Film był ze współpracą z moim chłopakiem, Sycylijczykiem, on zgadza się z moją listą, ale sam od siebie dodałby jeszcze: Villa Romana del Casale, czyli starożytna rzymska rezydencja, która jest na liście UNESCO. Ja nie miałam okazji jeszcze zobaczyć tego miejsca, dlatego nie dodałam go na listę.

Solo in Sicily | Exploring Catania - Bronte - Etna | Part 1/3 ???????? Seeking Refuge

I'd arrived into Catania the previous day and had planned to travel to the north of Parco dell'Etna, the National Park encompassing the mighty Mount Etna, one of the world's highest active volcanoes.
I started recording in Catania Docks and after a walk around the city centre and several of the tourist attractions, I made my way to the bus station to catch the bus to Bronte. The bus left and arrived punctually (unlike Lidl that morning which opened at 8:30 as opposed to the advertised time of 8:00). Bronte is known as the 'Pistachio City' due to the cultivation of the nut in the local hills. The volcanic soil is said to give the pistachio a distinctive taste. I had a delicious lunch at highly regarded Gennarino's Bistro, including free samples of Pistachio Pesto and a Pistachio Paste similar to Peanut Butter. Both were good, unfortunately I had no room in my pack for such luxuries.
Fed and watered, I headed uphill out of the village into the hills. This part of the park was densely forested and had a magical autumn feel to it, with the volcanic soil underfoot to remind you of where you are. I got lost a few times due to trails on my app leading me to paths that were private or didn't exist, and therefore was delayed in my plan to visit three refuges and find one that was open.
The one refuge I made it to before dark was unfortunately locked, but I still made use of the picnic table to have some dinner and enjoy some beautiful Cremoncello, listening to the owls and other birds, before it got rather cold and I went to 'bed'. I had the luxury of an extra hour tonight as the clocks were going back, ready for a full day's hiking the following day.

What to see in Catania, Sicily, Italy
On this episode of You, Me and Sicily we take you around the Province of Catania. We start in the downtown historic section, with the Duomo dedicated to Saint Agatha, the famous fish market , Teatro Bellini, the public garden and Roman ruins.

Next we explore Caltagirone one of the premier ceramic towns in Sicily. Off we go to the villages of Mount Etna including Via Grande, Aci Catena and Acitrezza. Her ashes act as a fertilizer and so there are plentiful produce. But she also destroys with the eruption of 1669. The region has also endured several earthquakes.
We highlight the Octoberfest in Zafferana Etnea and Carnival in Acireale. Bronte is the king of pistachios and you can not miss Acitrezza and Aci Castello.

Palermo – Dolce Vita in der südlichsten Ecke Italiens: Direkt vor der Schuhspitze Italiens liegt Sizilien mit seinen traumhaften Stränden, einsamen Buchten und der pulsierenden Großstadt Palermo. Christian Loß nutzt die schönsten Instagram-Fotos als Reiseführer, lässt sich inspirieren und findet heraus, ob diese Orte tatsächlich so cool sind, wie auf den Bildern.
Bei einem Streifzug durch die von unterschiedlichen Völkern und Kulturen geprägte Stadt werden alte monumentale Bauwerke, das größte Opernhaus Italiens und eine seltsame Kreuzung erkundet.
Eine Tour durchs Hinterland führt Christian nach Cefalù und zu einem überraschenden Geheimtipp. Aber natürlich kommen auch die kulinarischen Genüsse dieses Sehnsuchtsziels nicht zu kurz: was neben Pizza und Pasta dazugehört, erfährt Christian im Rahmen einer Streetfood-Tour.

What’s the best town to visit in Sicily? If you ask us, it's absolutely Taormina. An ancient greek theatre with ocean views, granita (italian shaved ice) for breakfast and a spectacular Mt Etna always in the backdrop. Taormina is a seaside town on Sicily eastern coast that has everything you’d want from your Sicilian getaway.
Make sure your first stop of the day is to Bam Bar for granita. This shaved ice with fresh cream is a Sicilian classic and Bam Bar has been serving up the best granita in Italy for decades!
Now you’re ready for a day exploring the most beautiful ancient Greek ruins you’ve ever seen. The Greek theatre in Taormina sits atop the city and is a must-do. Enjoy the view from above the town as tae in the best Sicily has to offer!
