???? DIJANA : Nakon Eringena, sledi odlazak u gradić ŠVAJGERN (Schwaigern) na ručak u restoran Neuer Berg. Isti pripada kategoriji Waldschenke odnosno - šumska gostionica. Imala sam priliku da ručam u još jednom objektu tog tipa u Brakenhajmu (Hörnle Waldschenke) u martu ove godine.

Lokacija restorana u kojem se sada nalazim je na Hojhelbergu (Heuchelberg) - brdskom grebenu, gde sam, takođe u martu, posetila interesantan uslužni kompleks 'Berg of Love'.

Moj današnji izbor su kremaste Grecingerove špargle sa svinjskim fileom, laufener krompirom i holandskim sosom. ???? ... a doživljaj je upotpunjen rustičnim tradicionalnim abijentom, kao i prelepim pogledom na prirodu.

Kraj današnje turističke avanture i obilaska regiona (Eringen, Švajgern) završavam u Brakenhajmu u poznatoj vinariji Weingärtner Stromberg Zabergäu. Ovo je zanimljiv spoj u vidu saradnje između vinograda Stromberga i Hojhelberga, što se ogleda u retko viđenoj raznolikosti sorti grožđa i vina. Divna atmosfera, prelep pogled na okolne vinograde, a pejzaž je upotpunjen i prikazom dvorca Najpberg (Neippberg), iz XII veka.

Taj dvorac sam spomenula u svojim putopisima, kada sam po povratku iz obilaska Štutgarta, u blizini dvorca napravila pauzu za ručak u Zinsers Flämmle - tradicionalnoj nemačkoj krčmi iz XIX veka. Tada sam se susrela sa posebnom vrstom jelovnika sa oznakom Schmeck den Süden (ukusi juga - sistem rangiranja gastronomskih objekata, približni ekvivalent Mišelinovim zvezdicama, ali specifičan za ovaj region).

Pfühlpark : The Huge Park of Heilbronn City Germany | City’s Tourist Spot
The Pfühlpark is a park in the east of the city of Heilbronn. It is 9.3 hectares and is located about 1.5 kilometers east of Heilbronn city center. With the green areas around the nearby Trappensee, it forms a 15 hectare green area.
The park extends over a length of about 600 meters along the Crailsheim – Heilbronn railway line, which borders the park in the south. The first stop on the Heilbronn urban railway branching off here is named after the Pfühlpark. In the north, the Schlizstraße forms the border between the park and the residential area, in the west the Pfühlpark is bordered by the Fasanenstraße, in the east by a sports area of TSG Heilbronn.
To the north-west of the Pfühlpark is the Pfühlbrunnen, an old spring that was remodeled in 1795 and supplemented by stone benches in 1858. In the adjacent area to the east on the Pfühlbach, the Heilbronn paper manufacturer Ernst Mayer (1850–1922) owned an estate with a zoo and a vineyard. Mayer sold the 361.6 ares large area on January 21, 1909 to the city for the very low price of 90,000 marks, combined with the requirement to create a public park here. #parks #germany #citytour #travelideas

About Oehringen: Öhringen is the largest town in Hohenlohe (district) in the state of Baden-Württemberg, in southwest Germany, near Heilbronn. Öhringen is on the railline to Schwäbisch Hall and Crailsheim. With a population of 22,745 (2009), the town is diverse. It is a quaint medieval place, and, among its ancient buildings, boasts a fine Evangelical church (German: Stiftskirche) containing carvings in cedar-wood from the 15th century and numerous interesting tombs and monuments; a Renaissance town hall; the building, now used as a library, which formerly belonged to a monastery, erected in 1034; and a palace, the former residence of the princes of Hohenlohe-Öhringen. Öhringen was known as Vicus Aurelii to the Romans. Eastwards of it runs the old limes Roman frontier wall, and numerous remains and inscriptions dating from the days of the Roman settlement have been discovered, including traces of three camps. // Öhringen ist eine Stadt im fränkisch geprägten Nordosten Baden-Württembergs, etwa 25 km östlich von Heilbronn gelegen.
