Imamzadeh Ja‘far (Persian: امامزاده جعفر بروجرد) is a historical mausoleum in Borujerd, western Iran. The tomb contains the remains of Abulqasim Ja’far ibn al-Husayn, grandson of the Shī‘ah Imam Ali ibn Hussayn.
Built in the 11th century AD, Imamzadeh Jafar is one of the few examples of the architecture of the Seljuq and Ilkhanid eras in Iran. A very similar mausoleum is the Tomb of Daniel in Susa, south western Iran. The building is octagonal with a high dome in the center. The height of the conic-shaped dome is 25 meters from the base. The main entrance is in east side and there are two halls decorated with tile work from the Safavid (16th century) and Qajar (19th century) times. The doors and the fringes are decorated by Safavid era intricate decorations. The interior decoration of the building has changed during different times and lastly, it has been covered with millions of small mirrors.
The main gate is made of wood, with engraved decorations from Safavid era. This shrine is located in the middle of a historical graveyard with many old graves and trees. 30 meters far from the main building there is another historical tomb, known as Do Khāharān (The Two Sisters) which belongs to two saints.

The Jāmeh Mosque of Borujerd مسجد جامع بروجرد is a congregational mosque (Jāmeh) in Borujerd, in the province of Loristan, western Iran.
The mosque is the oldest mosque in the Zagros area and western Iran. It ranks as No. 228 in the Inventory of National Artefacts of Iran.
The mosque located in the old district of Borujerd city previously called Do Dangeh دودانگه. Jameh Mosque of Borujerd was built on an ancient fire-temple of the pre-Islamic Sassanid dynasty دوره ساسانيان.

Borujerd market is one of the attractions of Borujerd city and it was registered in the list of national and historical monuments of Iran in 1345 with number 1286/3.
Borujerd Grand Bazaar, which the local residents call Rasa Bazar, which means market line, is one of the main traditional trade centers of Borujerd city, along with the modern markets of this city, which are used by the townspeople and villagers of Borujerd city and other nearby cities. This market also plays a major role in regional trade in Lorestan, Merazi and Hamadan provinces. Ler and Bakhtiari nomads spend many days in this market in spring and summer to provide their needs. In the earthquake of 1230, this market was completely destroyed, after which it was rebuilt by the rulers of Borujerd, and the arch was no longer built for it. Unlike other Iranian markets, due to the cool and cold climate of Borujerd, open caravanserais are used instead of timchehs, although there are two timchehs in Sarai Yousefi and Nizami, and there are more than 12 caravanserais in it...
History:
The exact date of Borujerd market is not known, but the current structure of Borujerd market was designed and built during the Qajar period. Qajar prince Hossam al-Sultaneh placed the seat of government of Khuzestan and Lorestan province in Borujard and built many buildings in it, among which is Borujard Bazaar. Over time, this market has lost its historical texture and today, in addition to new businesses, many shops and arcades have been built in it, which are devoid of architectural art.
The history of the large and old bazaar of Borujerd probably dates back to the first periods of the city's formation. A large part of its main covered road has been destroyed in the 20s and 30s due to various reasons, including street construction, fire, as well as its aftermath during the Iran-Iraq war due to bombings, and except for a few sub-roads and about 6 commercial houses. They are newly built. However, the market has maintained its function in the same way as before and with different professions.
Structure:
Borujerd market consists of a series of bazaars, caravanserais and ancillary centers such as baths and mosques. The order of bazaars are mainly dedicated to specific businesses and are known by the same name, such as coppersmiths' bazaar, grass bazaar, goldsmiths' bazaar, and blacksmiths' bazaar. The caravanserais were built during the Qajar and Pahlavi eras and are mainly connected to the rows of bazaars and other nearby houses with multiple entrances. Some of these caravanserais are valuable in terms of architecture, such as the Hafeziya Caravanserai. Among these old caravansaries, we can mention the Hafeziya Caravanserai, the Kayserieh Caravanserai, the Vahdati Caravanserai and the Niknejad Caravanserai.
Sarai Hafezi is located next to the main street of the old market of Borujerd and is one of the constructions of the Qajar era. The building has three entrances in the east, west and south, which is built as two floors and has a central courtyard, a warehouse and a dock.

???? Borujerdi House was built in 1857 by Seyyed Mehdi Borujerdi, a merchant from Kashan. Seyyed fell in love with a girl from the affluent Tabatabaei family. To impress her family, the merchant dedicated this house to the girl, who became his wife. The construction took 18 years and 150 craftsmen – no wonder it is one of the most impressive buildings of the city.
In 2014, Hao Ping, President of UNESCO General Conference, visited Kashan and nominated Borujerdi House as the most beautiful historical house in Asia. In 2015, Borujerdi House was chosen as UNESCO Top Choice to visit in Iran.

The Egyptian house belongs to the Qajar period and is located in Borujard, Safa Street, Safa Square Alley, adjacent to Samitieh Park, and this work was registered as one of Iran's national works on 2nd of Bahman 1382 with the registration number 10873.
The last person from the Egyptian family who lived in this house was Jaj Mohammad Sadegh Masri, one of the pious merchants of Borujard, who passed away in 1380 AH.

بندر کنگ شهر بادگیرهای جنوب ایران در استان هرمزگان واقع شده. معماری این بندر زیبا مختص مناطق جنوبی ایران هست که جزو معدود بنادر و شهرهای جنوبی هست که تقریبا بافت تاریخی اون حفظ شده. بندر کنگ بندر دریانوردان و لنج سازان جنوب ایران هم هست و هنوز خیلی از ناخداهای قدیمی در این شهر زندگی میکنن که میشه نشست پای خاطراتشون از گذشته و دریانوردی اونها از خلیج فارس تا هند و آفریقا. آب انبارهای زیادی هم در بندر کنگ هست که از قدیم برای ذخیره آب ساخته شده هنوز به یادگار مونده که در مناطق جنوبی به برکه معروف هست. در این ویدیو از مسجد رو محرابه، برکه دریا دولت، برکه پنج تا، قلعه پرتغالی ها، اسکله و لنج سازی این بندر بازدید کردیم.

The architecture of this beautiful port, is unique to the South Iran, and it’s one of the few ports and cities of the south that still retains most of its old structures. Bandar Kong, is the port of sailors and launch builders of South Iran. Many old captains and shipmasters still live in the city and you can talk to them and hear their old stories; sailing from the Persian Gulf to India and Africa. There are many ab anbars (cisterns) in Bandar Kong, which were built in the old days to store water, and they are standing still as a relic of the past. These ab anbars are called “Berkeh” (literally “pond”) in the south. In this video, we visited the two story mosque, Berkeh Darya Dolat, Berkeh Panjta, the Portuguese Fort, the pier and the center of launch builders.
