HOW TO GET TO ROMBLON
BY AIR
Tugdan Airport in Tablas is the gateway to the province by plane. Cebu Pacific regularly fly to and from Romblon. From the airport, catch a ride to Odiongan Port and hop on to ferries going to Romblon Island or travel by land to San Agustin where there are regular boat trips (10AM and 3PM) to Romblon. Meanwhile, Romblon to San Agustin boats departs at 8AM and 1PM everyday.

From Batangas, several shipping lines serve Batangas – Romblon (Odiongan, Romblon, San Agustin and Sibuyan) everyday.

Romblon Romblon is my favourite island in the Philippines, so I want to show you all of the very best things to do: including the iconic Bon Bon beach.
After taking the ferry from Tablas Island, We took a road trip around Romblon by e-bike, checking out the historic Fort San Andres, BonBon Beach, Tianbam beach, San Pedro Beach Resort and the hidden canyons of the Kipot River.
Romblon is most well known for it’s marble industry and seriously, this island is a must see!

For sure, you need to try out the island hopping in Romblon! On our trip we went to Cobrador, Logbon and also Bon Bon Beach(latter because it was the only way to get there) together with our friends from Catalonia. The experience was amazing, the sandy beach and blue waters made these islands appear like paradise!
Finally we decided to try out the famed Italian restaurant in Romblon town, owned and operated by an actual Italian, Marzio!

In this video we give our first impressions of the island as we explore it's beaches, eat it's food and tour the surrounding islands as well. We also went swimming with turtles during our amazing island hopping tour.

Brief History of Romblon
Romblon, officially the Municipality of Romblon, is a 3rd class municipality and capital of the province of Romblon, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 38,758 people.The town comprises the entire Romblon Island, one of the three major islands of Romblon province aside from Sibuyan Island and Tablas Island. As the capital of the province, it is also the seat of the Provincial Government. Its natives mostly speak Romblomanon or Ini language.
Romblon is known for its local marble industry and is the second biggest producer of the mineral in the country. It is also increasingly become known as a tourist destination because of its unspoiled beaches and Spanish-era twin forts.
