Bhitarwar is a city and a nagar palika in Gwalior district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. The town is surrounded by a river called Parvati. Bhitarwar is situated on Dabra - Satanwada state highway and connected to all nearby cities by road. Nearest railway station is in Dabra, and major railway junction is Gwalior which is around 52 km away from the town and Jhansi 75 km. Nearest airport is Rajmata Vijyaraje Scindia Airport, Gwalior.
There is many places of interest in the town like Dhumeshwar Mandir, Lakheswari Mata Mandir and Diyadah. Around 15 km away is an ancient city called Padma Pavaya. Goleshwar Mandir is another place for visit in the city. There is a small fort in the old bhitarwar city which has need to be restoration. Some parks are also build by the govt in the town are lakhmibai park, laxamangarh park Harsi dam etc.
In this vlog I'm exploring Diyadah Ghat, Maa Parbati Gaushala, Maa Parbati Waterfall, Maharani Laxmibai Park, Laxmangarh Hill, Water Filter Plant, Parbati River, Botanical garden (Nursery) and Deen Dayal Stadium Bhitarwar.

Goleshwar Mandir | Goleshwar Mahadev Mandir and Khedapati Mata Mandir (Badi Mata) Bhitarwar
Goleshwar Temple (also called Goleshwar Mahadev Mandir) is about 52 km from Gwalior. This is a famous and main temple of Bhitarwar. Which is 200 meters from the main tiraha. Parvati river flows near the Goleshwar temple. This temple is situated on the front side under the Laxmangarh hill. This temple is ancient which is believed to be around 400 years old. Goleshwar Temple is the main center of faith of the people of this city. Here, a grand fair of Kanvadi is organized on Mahashivaratri festival. The wedding of Lord Shiva and Maa Parvati was performed by the townspeople on the Mahashivaratri festival in March 2021 at the Goleshwar temple, which was very grand.
Khedapati Mata Temple (Badi Mata Temple) which is about 1 km from Goleshwar Temple. Located on the banks of the river Parvati. People come here to worship Goddess at the time of marriage, it is also one of the main temples of Bhitarwar.

Lakheshwari Mata Mandir Bhitarwar Gwalior | Highway Tourist Travel Vlog
Lakheshwari Mata Mandir is located in village Chitoli in Bhitarwar tehsil of Gwalior District, which is about 20 km from Bhitarwar on Bhitarwar-Narvar road and 26 km from Lodi Mata Mandir Narwar. Devotees have to climb the steep 707 steps built on the hill to visit the historic and ancient temple of Maa Lakeshwari, situated on a 460 feet high hill. The establishment of this temple built between dense forest and mountainous region is prevalent that the goddess statue was established by King Nal here. Recently a 4.7 km road has been built here which leads to the temple situated on the hill. Nearest railway station is Dabra which is about 50 Km.
