Canning Vale is a well-established suburb with prices to match. We'll let you decide if it represents value for money. While it doesn't have any new land releases, it does have a lot of land available to purchase from people who initially bought the land for investment purposes.

1 cup 1:1 gluten free flour
2 Tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
6 T milk, any kind
½ tsp vinegar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
❤️ FRESH RASPBERRY FILLING ❤️
1 cup frozen raspberries
1.5 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp water
¼ cup granulated sugar
Top with your favorite cream cheese or whipped cream frosting!

- Measure Accurately: Use a kitchen scale for precise measurements.
- Room Temperature Ingredients: Ensure your ingredients are at room temperature for better texture.

A look around Coogee Western Australia - Mavic Pro
Coogee is about 10km south of Fremantle in Western Australia. It used to be an undeveloped area between two industrial areas with beach shacks and scrub bushes. It is now being developed into a new high density coastal suburb. Since my original station videos Gosnells Station has finished with the renovation of its bus interchanged and Challis Station has gotten a refurbished platform. This video quickly looks at these new features at the stations. In fact, I hadn't been back to Challis since I created my original video over two years ago, also when I took my profile picture shot!
