Buddhist & Hindu Temples in Kathmandu valley, Nepal [Amazing Places]
The four major Buddhist and Hindu temples in Kathmandu valley. All four are UNESCO World Heritage sites.
1. Swayambhunath is an ancient (about 5th century) Buddhist temple complex on a hill in Kathmandu . Also known as Monkey Temple.
2. Boudhanath stupa is one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world, the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet.
3. Pashupatinath is an ancient Hindu temple in the Kathmandu valley (5th century), considered the most sacred Shiva temple.
4. Changu Narayan is a Hindu temple, possibly the oldest temple of Nepal (4th century).

The Jirang Monastery monastery was inaugurated by His Holiness The Dalai Lama in 2010. Jirang Monastery and village is a residence cum college for budding Buddhist monks who come from all over India here to study.

Chari Sambhu Temple or Gandharadi Temple is located at the bank of river Mahanadi at Gandharadi village (Janhapank area) of Boudh district of Odisha, India. It is famous for twin temples of Nilamadhava and Sidheswar. These temples display high quality architectural work. These temples were developed under the support of the Bhanja leaders of Khinjali mandala in ninth century AD. These temple attracts visitor throughout the year. The temple has been considered a religious site during the Baudh State.

Rameswar Temple | Boudh Town | Odisha Tourist Place | 8th Century Shiva Temple | Travel By Scooter
In this vlog, i have visited a 8th century shiva temple situated in boudh town (baudhgarh), called as rameswara temple or ramnath temple. It's architecture is one of its kind. Very few this kind of temple exist now. A group of three temples of Siva at Boudh town called the Ramswara or Ramanatha Temples, dating back to the 8th Century AD are reputed for their special feature. Archaeological Survey of India has preserved this temple. The star shaped temples of Boudh dedicated to Paschima Somonatha, Bhubaneswar and Dhabaleswara Siba occupy an important place in the spectrum of medieval Orissan Temple architecture. These temples are standing inside the compound of Rameswara temple which belongs to a 8th century.
