Watch as Ez of Ezra's Expedition learns about part of the history of Stilesville.
After selling his construction business, Cooley, at age 26, left California in April of 2006. He has already traveled over 7,000 miles through 23 states. He estimates that his journey could take up to eight years.
Ezra reached New York State in May 2007. He then traveled to New York City, where he roped the Merrill Lynch bull on Wall Street and rode his horse, Red into Battery Park to see the Statue of Liberty.
From here he travled to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and is going to journey accross Texas, Mexico, South America, Australia, Africa and Europe. The order of these adventurwes is not determined. After all this he'll then travel back to the United States to ride home to Chico, CA.

Coxhall Gardens A to Z | Carmel, Indiana, USA
Coxhall Gardens is a lovely park in Carmel, Indiana that was once the backyard of a mansion owned by Jesse and Beulah Cox. In 1999, the Cox family donated the land to Hamilton County Parks and Recreation to preserve an oasis in a sea of homes.
Coxhall Gardens hosts many events, including a large number of weddings, and is a popular spot for portrait photography. The educational Children's Garden includes an Alphabet Walk that is the focal point of this little film. The entire park has a dreamlike feel to it that must be experienced to be believed.

Through the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program created by passage of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Indiana will receive nearly $100 million in federal funding for EV charging infrastructure over the next five years. While formula funds are essentially guaranteed for each state, BIL guidance requires each funding applicant to submit an EV Infrastructure Deployment Plan which details how use of NEVI formula funds is consistent with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) guidance on developing charging networks along designated alternative fuel corridors (AFCs) and provide infrastructure for underserved communities.
Join the Indiana Department of Transportation for a virtual session to learn about Indiana’s EV Infrastructure Deployment Plan. During the live stream event, INDOT and their support team will walk through each section of the draft plan. The presentation will conclude with a live question and answer session to receive public comment on the draft plan.
Please note: the state NEVI plan is in development and will be completed on August 1. INDOT will post the plan on the program web page on August 1 for public comment.

I Think This Place is Cursed | Death Valley Columbus, Indiana
This is the spot that the Driftwood River meets the Flatrock River and becomes the East Fork of the White River. It's also the site formally known as Death Valley. I have a feeling there is a curse here.
Super Saturday - Anderson, Indiana
Anderson, Indiana's second Super Saturday commenced at 9 a.m. and continue through 11 p.m.! The day begian with a Farmer's Market from 9-11 a.m. and continue from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a variety of vendors ranging from artists, rummage sales, flea markets, businesses, and light entertainment onstage. From 5-8 p.m. a Car Show with host DG the DJ. A free concert from 8-11 p.m wraped up Super Saturday with Powerhouse Band. There was plenty of fun, food, children's activities and entertainment in the Anderson Town Center and along Meridian Street throughout the day.
Super Saturdays will continue the first Saturday of each month through October.
INRD In The Snowy Woods In 4K!
Two videos today! This is a second shot I got of INRD's northbound Pali Turn this past Friday, this time under the control of the HWUT-1 crew. This stretch of rail through Redbird State Recreation Area is one of my favorites to visit on INRD. I have two other videos here that I will upload at a later date, but to go along with my last video ( and because it's in 4K quality, I'm uploading this one now. In a few months, it will likely be the 70s leading this charge through the woods of southern Indiana. I don't shoot in 4k often because it eats up storage like Santa eats cookies (this video is about 2.5GB), but this was a special occasion.

I Soaked My Socks! - Matthiessen State Park
Matthiessen State Park in Illinois has been right under my nose the whole time that I've been visiting Starved Rock. It had rained a large amount in the previous days, so water and mud were everywhere! Lake Falls was gushing with overflow. I took a good hike through the Dells area, crossing water on stone steps and looking at the cool geology. Pay this park a visit if you're ever in the area.
