Wo gibt es Palmen, Affengebrüll und ein mediterranes Gefühl in Niedersachsen? Genau, im Kurbad Bad Pyrmont. Dorthin sind wir mit dem Wohnmobil gereist.
Ein Wochenende lang haben wir die besondere Atmosphäre genossen.
Wir zeigen Eindrücke vom Stellplatz und aus der Stadt, machen eine Radtour zum Schieder See nach NRW und geniessen die Zeit im Kurpark.
Ach übrigens, da es im Video unerwähnt bleibt: Für Kurkarteninhaber ist der Eintritt im Kurpark kostenlos. Alle anderen zahlen 5 EUR (Erwachsene). Kurkarteninhaber können auch abends 3 Stunden länger den Park betreten.

Tre Top Platzer i Tyskland, julmarknader och promenader i Stade, Bad Pyrmont och Dorsten.
I denna filmen får ni se vår resa genom Tyskland på väg söderut mot Portugal. Vi väljer oss ut tre Top Platzer, då dessa ofta är lite större och vi hittade städer med lagom avstånd på väg mot våra vänner utanför Duisburg. Det blev stopp i den gamla, fina svenskstaden Stade, i kurorten Bad Pyrmont och i Dorsten där vi inte såg så mycket mera än ställplatsen. Vi promenerade och besökte julmarknader och självklart visar vi upp alla tre ställplatserna i filmen.

One of cozy towns in Germany we visited during our last fall holiday. Bad Pyrmont is a popular spa resort that gained its reputation as a fashionable place for princely vacations in the 17th and 18th centuries. It features a large Kurpark/Spa Garden, with a sizeable outdoor palm garden and a Baroque castle as part of a substantial complex of fortifications dating from the 16th century. Its vapor cave, where therapeutic carbon dioxide vapors emerge from the earth, becomes an unique place in Europe.
This video was recorded during corona pandemic. Lots of hotels are empty. Nevertheless we wish you stay healthy and enjoy watching our videos.

The Kurpark in Bad Pyrmont is one of the most beutiful gardens in Germany as also in Europe. It is called The Oase of Relax. The most popular in the Kurpark is the Palm Garden.

Viele kleine und große Tiere gibt es hier zu sehen. Sie können zum Teil, gefüttert und gestreichelt werden. Natürlich ist im Video nur ein Teil der vielen Tiere zu sehen. Viel Spaß beim Anschauen. Schade ist nur, das sich so einige, das Video gar nicht komplett anschauen. Das kann man gut an der Durchschnitts Wiedergabezeit sehen.

Tipp für GoPro und Action - Kamera - Fans:
Diese Aufnahmen entstanden einen Tag vorher, bevor wir den Vogelpark besucht haben. Als ich die Aufnahmen gesehen habe, waren die ganzen Schwenks am stottern. Da habe ich natürlich einen Schreck bekommen. Meine Frau meinte, stell doch einfach wieder auf Werkswiederherstellung. Gesagt getan. Die GoPro 10 machte danach wieder super saubere Schwenks, ohne das irgendetwas am stottern gewesen ist. Also, wenn ihr auch mal so ein Problem habt, stellt die Kamera einfach wieder zurück. Bei mir hat es super funktioniert.
Tip for GoPro and Action Camera Fans:
These pictures were taken the day before, before we visited the bird park. When I saw the shots, all the pans were stuttering. Of course, I got a fright. My wife said, just put it back to factory restore. No sooner said than done. The GoPro 10 then made super clean pans again, without anything stuttering.
So, if you have such a problem, just reset the camera. It worked great for me.

Bad Pyrmont, City under the Palms - Pure Relaxation
Bad Pyrmont is a place in the German state of Lower Saxony. This spa town in the Weserbergland is renowned for its medicinal sources. Many celebrities like the Russian tsar Peter the Great have enjoyed this peaceful place. In Bad Pyrmont, Dutch king Willem III also asked his second wife Emma to marry him. The Brunnenplatz with the Hylligen Born and the Walking Hall are the center of the city, along with the cozy pedestrian zone, the large castle garden and the paved watercourse.

Bad Pyrmont is een plaats in de Duitse deelstaat Nedersaksen. Deze kuurstad in het Weserbergland is vermaard vanwege de geneeskrachtige bronnen. Vele beroemdheden zoals de Russische tsaar Peter de Grote, hebben hier van hun rust genoten. In Bad Pyrmont vroeg ook de Nederlandse koning Willem III zijn tweede vrouw Emma ten huwelijk. De Brunnenplatz met de Hylligen Born en de Wandelhal zijn het middelpunt van de stad, tezamen met de gezellige voetgangerszone, de grote kasteeltuin en de geplaveide waterloop.

Kurpark Bad Pyrmont, the spa park of Bad Pyrmont is located in northern Germany, Lower Saxony, whose capital is Hanover. The above-mentioned park is one of the oldest SPA parks and also the most beautiful in the world. It is no wonder that aliens love this place and want to visit (and relax) it regularly :-) This video is one of the year-round series Kurpark all year round and tells about the month of October in the Spa Park.

Bad Pyrmont ist eine Stadt in Niedersachsen. Die Kurstadt ist.
Bad Pyrmont ist einer der ältesten Kurorte in Deutschland. Vieles, was mit modernem Kurbetrieb in Verbindung gebracht wird, wurde in Bad Pyrmont erfunden oder kam sehr früh zur Anwendung, wie Badeordnungen, Kurtaxe, Spielbank.
Bad Pyrmont ist durch diesen Kurbetrieb erst in der frühen Neuzeit, im 16. Jahrhundert, entstanden, dabei sind einige ältere Orte (wie Oesdorf im Osten und Holzhausen im Südwesten) in der Stadt als Ortsteile aufgegangen..
Einige bekannte Kurgäste der Stadt waren (Auswahl): Zar Peter I., 1716; König Georg I. von Großbritannien, 1716; Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, 1716; Adelbert von Chamisso, Dichter; Heinz Erhardt, drehte in Bad Pyrmont 1971 seinen letzten Film „Willi wird das Kind schon schaukeln“; Benjamin Franklin, Staatsmann; Johann Wolfgang von Goethe; Christoph Wilhelm Hufeland, Arzt: Gotthold Ephraim Lessing, Dichter; Gustav Stresemann, Reichskanzler Der Kurbetrieb hat sich in den letzten Jahrzehnten stark verändert und findet heute überwiegend in Kurkliniken der Versorgungsträger statt. Dabei wählt der Gast die Unterkunft nicht selbst. Daneben hat sich ein privater Wellnessbetrieb entwickelt. Die Gäste können dabei unter Pauschalangeboten oder günstigeren Privatunterkünften wählen.
Bad Pyrmont war Residenzstadt einer der kleinsten Fürstentümer des deutschen Bundes.

In this film, you can see a big historical parade which takes place every year in Bad Pyrmont (Germany, the Lower Saxony) at the beginning of July. It is called - the big historical Parade - germ. Der Grosser Historischer Festumzug. In this parade, you can see kings, queens, duchess, famous people who visited Bad Pyrmont many years ago. The big role takes place the historical Society from Bad Pyrmont called Der Pyrmonter Fürstentreff e.V. which members wear in special days historical costumes.
