Backstreets of BAAO Camarines Sur Bicol Philippines - Virtual Tour [4K]
Take a virtual tour with me as I explore the backstreets and areas of Baao Camarines Sur in the Bicol Region of the Philippines. I have always been intrigued about this place in passing through from Naga to Iriga City, and I was finally able to do some exploring. The area seems typical as I have seen in places in the Cavite area where there are a plethora of nice homes mixed in with some informal settlements. In this 1 hour video after we arrived to the welcome arch of bicolandia we decided to continue our travel adventure going to our first destination in bicolandia featuring some lakes in bicol region whcih is our first destination wide shallow lake commonly known as Lake Baao-Bula with has an estimated area of 177 hectares and elevation deep of 14 feet that has abundant also of different type of freshwater fish like tilapia,carps,mudfish,catfish and many more but there is a continous problem that occuring here that the local government and national government must take action to save the lake like continous production of algae and water hyacinth on the lake,soil errosion due to lack of watershed in the area and flooding in the area due to typhoon but the lake is still on good condition according to some residents that I spoke here freshwater fish is still occuring in the area,culturing and fishing is still happening and continued by the help of communities and local government.It almost dawn when I arrived to this location the lake is surrounded by wide farmlands ,the water coming to lake baao-bula is from different rivers in bicol region like tabao river and flows out going to one of the lake in bicol region which is lake buhi and drains out to bicol river(one of the largest river in the philippines).Lake Baao-Bula is located around the three towns in Camarines sur which is Baao,Bula and Nabua which covered almost this three town of wide farmlands.

Let's explore the beautiful town of Buhi in Camarines Sur.
Buhi is most known for its Lake Buhi - the 1,800 hectare freshwater lake that was created out of volcanic activity and is located between Mount Asog and Mount Malinao.
The Lake Buhi is also considered to be the most famous lake in the entire Bicol region not only because of its relaxing view but also because it is home to the world's smallest commercial fish called Sinarapan. Unfortunately, because Sinarapan is facing a near-extinction due to overfishing in the 1990's, catching them has already been prohibited. Today, the lake is still one of the major aquaculture areas in the Bicol Region where commercial production of the Filipino favorite fish Tilapia is done.

Pili is the second largest municipality in terms of population in the province (boosted by its designation as the provincial capital) after the sprawling rural area of Libmanan.
