Stockholm is the capital and largest city of Sweden, as well as the largest urban area in Scandinavia. Stockholm stretches across fourteen islands where Lake Mälaren flows into the Baltic Sea. Outside the city to the east and along the coast, is the island chain of the Stockholm archipelago. Positioned at the eastern end of the Central Swedish lowland, Stockholm's location reflects the early orientation of Swedish trade toward the Baltic region. Over 30% of the city area is made up of waterways and another 30% is made up of parks and green spaces.

Another trip where I loaded up my MTB and headed for a nature reserve about 35 min out. I usually take the smaller roads, but today I decided to drive along European Route E18.

Sweden, Stockholm's most beautiful train/metro station - Odenplan 4K #34
Odenplan is a new station for Stockholm’s commuter rail and is designed as a light and well-integrated piece of urban furniture. The Odenplan entrance building is a complex steel structure formed to suit a series of curving geometric forms. One of the key themes of the building is to create a focal point where people can meet and enjoy the surroundings of the public square and Gustaf Vasa Kyrka. The result of this is an open and inviting amphi-theatre, which provides a place for people to sit comfortably with wide-ranging views.

Fall is closing in and you can feel it in the air. But even though it's colder, I decided to ride around Bålsta to see what the day had to offer. It was a pleasant ride and I stumbled upon a flea market (which I didn't film for people's privacy).
