A leopard attacking a provocative photographer in the Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya. This photographer, who either chose to ignore the park rules or just was not briefed correctly, risked his life as a leopard tried to grab his foot.
As you can clearly tell, this vicious leopard was not very impressed and would have harmed the photographer. Even through leopard attacking people is rare, this is not to mean that you should play around with an leopard while on a safari. In fact, the best thing a guide should do when any wildlife gets so close to a tourist vehicle is to move away.
The management of Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya has already banned the camp and the guides who allowed this photographer to get involved in the would-be unfortunate encounter with a leopard.

Having just graduated from UC Berkeley, he traveled to every country in the world for the thrill of being able to plan out every part of the trip – including routes, visas, accommodations, and even booking 100 plane tickets BEFORE the trip even started – leaving little room for error!
When Indy Nelson finished his journey, he was the youngest (24 years old) and fastest to visit every country in the world (539 days). Want to know how much it would cost you to see every country in the world on one continuous trip? Because Indy kept detailed notes on how much he spent in those 539 days and shares with us the cost!

- The four countries he was detained in for being a suspected spy – including the eight hours of interrogation in a disputed territory in Georgia by the Russians

Alexander's Lost World - David Adams Films - The making of the ARGO bit in Volos...
In 2012, in Volos, the Argo replica was on display along the seafront (Paralia) for all to see. It successfully completed another adventure in June for the filming of a new UKTV documentary series.
In cooperation between David Adams Films and the Volos City Council filming took place from Alikes/Volos (the ancient port of Lolcos) and out into the Pagasitikos Gulf for filming of a new 6 part documentary series called: Alexander's Lost World.
This 6 part series begins in Volos Greece and illustrates the new discoveries we have made, suggesting that the Argonautic legend is based on fact and originates in the post-Neolithic seafarers spread through the Mediterranean. David Adams.
MIXit Sailing Ltd provided location services and planning/organisation for this project which was a great success for all concerned.
Alexander's Lost World will be shown around the world.

In this episode from our motorcycle travel Indonesia, we are traveling from Buoul in Central Sulawesi to Malingkapoto in Gorontalo.
Almost 70% of the trip is riding right by the coast and 30% is going through the mountains and valleys with a lot of corn plantations. The scenery is indeed amazing.
The way the local farmers plant the corn is quite unusual, we see a lot of corn fields on the side of a steep hill.

Cocos Island Video Trip Report | October 2020
Cocos Island is on FIRE! We’re just back from another SPECTACULAR trip. Not only did we see enormous schools of hammerheads on almost every single dive, but the island was absolutely exploding with life -- fish, turtles, white tip & Galapagos sharks, tiger sharks, and a (the icing on the cake) whale shark! Our chief dive officer Federico Pochet, with 9 years of experience diving Cocos had this to say about the trip:
“The dives were just amazing! Even our check out dive was spectacular -- we saw an enormous tiger shark within two minutes of entering the water and it made many close passes. We saw tons of hammerheads, marble rays mating and a female being followed by at least 10 males. Dirty Rock was marvelous. We had giant schools of hammerheads passing overhead. On one of my faovrite dives at Punta Maria we had hammerheads streaming into the cleaning station, and a turtle that stuck around for a while. There were Galapagos sharks, eagle rays at the pinnacle plus an enormous manta. At Alcyone we saw 20 Galapagos sharks together in a school, and then they arrived and passed us in groups of 3 to 6 sharks...then out in the blue at the safety stop, the schools of hammerheads came in so close!
