he city of Las Tunas exhibits in its architecture several styles among which they emphasize the colonial, the art deco and the eclectic in the majority of its constructions. The story tells that this city was reduced to ashes three times, and so the inhabitants erected on foundations and remains of walls the gleaming city that today wonders by its charms. It has two boulevards to motivate the walker to find his favorite spot. Among the tourist sites of Las Tunas, Cuba you can find the Plaza Martiana and the House Unusual.

Inauguração do Parque Desportivo e de Lazer das Escolas Primárias
A Câmara Municipal de Cuba inaugurou no dia 10 de julho de 2016 o Parque Desportivo e de Lazer das Escolas Primárias.
Implementado numa área de 6.500 m2, o espaço dispõe de um campo polidesportivo (com relvado sintético, bancada e balneários adjacentes), um parque infantil e uma zona destinada à prática de desportos “Freestyle”, como BMX, skate ou patins em linha, bem como uma zona envolvente de espaços verdes e um pequeno circuito de manutenção.

Kể từ khi thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao (2/12/1960), quan hệ đoàn kết, ủng hộ và hợp tác toàn diện anh em Việt Nam - Cu-ba không ngừng được duy trì, phát triển. Cu-ba là nước đi đầu trong phong trào nhân dân thế giới ủng hộ cuộc đấu tranh giành và bảo vệ độc lập, tự do, xây dựng đất nước của Việt Nam.
Những năm gần đây, trao đổi thương mại Việt Nam - Cu-ba liên tục tăng, hai bên thực hiện một số liên doanh và hợp đồng gia công sản xuất. Việt Nam đã hợp tác có kết quả với Cu-ba trong lĩnh vực sản xuất lúa ở hộ gia đình để giúp Cu-ba tự túc lúa gạo.
Các mặt hàng xuất khẩu chủ yếu của Việt Nam sang Cu-ba là: Gạo, giày dép, hàng dệt may, sản phẩm gỗ, cá khô,…
Bên cạnh hợp tác kinh tế, Việt Nam và Cu-ba còn hợp tác chặt chẽ trên lĩnh vực giáo dục đào tạo, mỗi năm Cu-ba dành cho Việt Nam 30 suất học bổng đại học trong các ngành mà Cu-ba có thế mạnh. Nhiều sinh viên Cu-ba cũng sang Việt Nam học các chuyên ngành lịch sử, văn hoá Việt Nam và tiếng Việt.
Việt Nam đánh giá cao những thành tựu nghiên cứu khoa học của Cu-ba cũng như việc ứng dụng những thành tựu này, đặc biệt là công nghệ sinh học, trong chăm sóc sức khoẻ, cải thiện chất lượng sống của nhân dân Cu-ba và giúp đỡ các nước nghèo trên thế giới; và bày tỏ mong muốn hai nước tăng cường hơn nữa các quan hệ hữu nghị truyền thống và sự hợp tác trong nhiều lĩnh vực, đặc biệt là lĩnh vực xã hội.
Năm 2021 kim ngạch song phương đạt 261,7 triệu USD, tăng 46,6% so với năm 2020; 8 tháng đầu năm 2022, kim ngạch đạt 106 triệu USD, giảm khoảng 20% so với năm trước. Cuba nhập từ Việt Nam khoảng 300.000 - 400.000 tấn gạo/năm…
Ngày 1/4/2020, Hiệp định thương mại Việt Nam – Cuba (ký năm 2018) chính thức đi vào hiệu lực, với nhiều cam kết ưu đãi thương mại mới, đem lại lợi ích cho doanh nghiệp hai nước và tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu hàng hóa song phương.
Về hợp tác nông nghiệp, dự án hợp tác hỗ trợ Cuba phát triển sản xuất lúa gạo quy mô hộ gia đình giai đoạn 2011 - 2015 với tổng số vốn đầu tư 43 triệu USD đạt kết quả tích cực; các dự án hỗ trợ Cuba sản xuất ngô, đậu tương và nuôi trồng thủy sản giai đoạn I và II đã đạt kết quả tốt đẹp. Hai bên đang tiếp tục nghiên cứu và triển khai các dự án nông nghiệp – thủy sản khác, trong đó Chính phủ ta đã phê duyệt Dự án “Hợp tác Việt Nam – Cuba phát triển sản xuất lúa gạo giai đoạn 2019-2023” và đang triển khai.

On day two I ran south towards Cajobabo (in hindsight it was a loss of a day as I didn't move west but south). The beach is famous as a historical site because it is where the Cuban national historical heroes Marti and Gomez landed to begin the fight against the Spanish in 1895. The road was very hilly with lots of up and down mixed in with a noticeable presence of the Cuban sun and heat. Arriving in Cajobabo, Jose got us rooms right on the beach which was welcome news to my tired soul. The distance for the day was 55 kilometers.
On day three I ran to the village of Tortuguilla along the coast. It was another hot day and despite starting before sunrise (as I did for every day) the sun still managed to get me. We sought out a prescription from the local doctor for the sunburn though as we later learned the cream was not effective. Along the way to Tortuguilla we also ran past a guy named Jesus Eusebio Peregrin who very graciously stated that, while you are here Cuba is your homeland. It is these types of interactions that have always helped inspire me since it again confirms that good people are everywhere. The distance for day three was 58 kilometers.

На второй день я побежал на юг (это был потерянный день. Вместо того чтобы двигаться на запад я бежал на юг). Я добежал до знаменитого пляжа, исторического места где Национальные герои Кубы, Марти и Гомез причалили чтобы воевать с испанцами в 1895 году. Дорога была очень холмистой, очень много подъёмов и спусков, и вдобавок с невыносимой Кубинской жарой. Когда я прибежал в Кахобабо Хосе снял комнаты прямо на пляже что явилось благодатью для моей души ищущей покоя. Расстояние 55 километров.
На третий день Я бежал к деревне Тортугилла вдоль побережья. Это был второй день изнуряющей жары несмотря на то что я начал бежать очень рано, до восхода солнца. Мы должны были обратиться к врачу за кремом для моих ожогов хотя как выяснилось позже крем не помог. Примечательно было услышать по пути, от кубинца Хейсуса Юсебио Перегрина, что пока я на Кубе это и моя родина. Именно такие люди помогают и вдохновляют меня поскольку подтверждают убеждение: мир не без добрых людей. Расстояние третьего дня: 58 километров.

Schon die Fahrt hi**h** wird zu einem Erlebnis. Von dem riesigen Auto hatten wir ja schon b**ichtet. Nach ei***** Zeit in den kurvigen B**gen fahren wir auf eine Art Autobahn auf, die sich von Westen bis nach Havanna und von dort wied** weit** in Richtung Osten **streckt. Urspruenglich sollte sie durch das ganze Land bis nach Santiago reichen, doch mit dem Ende d** Sowjetunion war es auch mit dem Bau d** Strasse vorbei, und so ist sie nach wie vor in einem eh** halbf**tigen Zustand. Beschild**ungen gibt es fast gar nicht, ab** uns** Fahr** kennt sich zum Glueck aus, Abfahrten enden irgendwo im Zuck**rohrfeld und viele Bruecken sind nur ansatzweise vorhanden. Die Strasse wird ganz entspannt von allen benutzt. Neben Autos sehen wir Fussgaeng**, Radfahr** und Pf**dekutschen. Am Rand v**kaufen Leute Zwiebeln und Erdbe**en. Besond**s faszini**end ab** finden wir die Hund**tschaften an Anhalt**n, die auf Transport warten. Viele von ihnen winken uns schon mit Geldscheinen entgegen, um die Fahr** zum Anhalten zu bewegen. Sie stehen nicht nur in Havanna auf d** Abfahrt zur Autobahn, sond**n auch noch viele Kilomet** die Autobahn hinauf. Wie die letzten von ihnen noch auf Mitnahme hoffen koennen, wenn man vorh** schon an ein paar hund**t and**en Geldscheinen vorbeigefahren ist, koennen wir uns nur mit V**zweiflung **kla**en, denn eine Alt**native (sprich Bus) scheint es nicht zu geben.
Cienfuegos liegt an d** Suedkueste Kubas an ein** riesigen Naturbucht. Wir kommen schliesslich an d** aeuss**sten Landzunge, Punta Gorda, wied** in einem Privathaus bei Cosita unt**. Am naechsten Morgen **kunden wir **st einmal die Spitze dies** Landzunge und suchen in d** Hitze nach einem schattigen Platz an einem winzigen Strand. Cienfuegos ist nicht so klein und ruhig wie Viñales ab** hat doch seinen eigenen Charme. Pf**detaxis w**den hi** von Einheimischen und Touristen gleich**massen (in jeweils and**** Waehrung bezahlt) benutzt. Wir fahren entlang d** Malecon, ein** Strasse direkt am Me**, schlend**n ueb** den zentralen Platz und suchen nach d** Faehre, die demnaechst zum Fort 'Castillo del Jagua' abfahren soll. Ein paar rennenden Kuban**n gefolgt finden wir sie schliesslich auch. D** Eingang d** Faehre ist schon ueb**fuellt, ab** von d** Seite draufgeklett**nd bekommen wir g**ade noch zwei letzte Stehplaetze und es geht auch schon los. Wir sind fast die einzigen Touristen, ansonsten platzt das Boot fast aus den Naehten voll** kubanisch** Schulkind**, Doktoren in Kitteln, Familien samt Vogelkaefig und and**en, die die Faehre zur Ueb**fahrt in ihre Wohnvi**tel nahe dem Fort nutzen.
Das im 18. Jahrhund**t zur Piratenabwehr gebaute Fort wird uns genaustens **kla**t und wir treffen auf 2 deutsche Geschichtsstudentinnen, mit denen wir noch ein paar Kuba**fahrungen austauschen koennen. Int**essant**weise hat kein einzig** Pirat es je gewagt, die Schlagkraft des Forts zu testen, so dass es nie zum Einsatz kam. Zurueck in Cienfuegos bestaunen wir noch etwas das Zentrum. In eines d** Haeus** koennen wir hineingehen und von oben den Ausblick ueb** die Stadt geniessen. Man sieht eindrucksvoll den Prunk d** Bauw**ke aus Zeiten des Zuck**rohrbooms (hi** kann man sich durch die v**zi**ten Saeulen und detailli**ten Fliesen leicht in diese Zeit zurueckdenken), d** nun seit d** Revolution 1959, stetig v**faellt. Heute ist die Fassade des Hauses schick renovi**t, ab** fu** die Arbeiten innen scheint noch das Geld zu fehlen. Die Zuck**barone von Cienfuegos waren vor allem Franzosen, die nach ein** Revolte ihr** Sklaven aus Haiti geflohen waren und sich hi** nied**gelassen haben. So ist das Stadtbild ...
