There are some skirmishes at the border between Sudan and Ethiopia, so I decide to take public transports from Wad Madani, in Sudan, all the way to Gonder, in Ethiopia.
After two bus rides, I reach the Ethiopian border, where I find myself in a very difficult situation, regarding how to import my electric trike in Ethiopia?

Invisible Borders Road Trip Project 2011 - Teaser
In 2009, 10 artist from Nigeria embarked on a road trip across countries in West Africa to explore the Invisible... of themselves and of others.
Over 5000 km across the West African countries, from Nigeria to Mali. Cameras in hand, the many clicks lead their way, the many encounters fuelled their zeal.
That was the beginning of Invisible Borders -The Trans-African Photography Project.
The 2nd edition took place in 2010 with the photographers travelling from Nigeria (Lagos) to Senegal (Dakar).
The journey Continues: 3rd Edition of the Invisible Borders Photography Road Trip Project is scheduled for Nov / December 2011. 13 artists from Nigeria, Sudan and Ethiopia, 12 000km of journey, and plenty of rare encounters and stories through images, texts and video.
