TOP 10 Hottest Places in the WORLD 2022 ||10 Hottest Places in the WORLD | Top 10 hottest places

Hello guys! Hope you are doing great! Global warming is constantly rewriting records; places that have never seen rain are now being flooded; on the other hand, in other areas, sky-high temperatures are being recorded, and now the 50°C is no longer a rarity.
There are places on the earth that are unbearably hot, and it's better not to visit them in summer, or if you have to, keep yourself well hydrated and layer up against the sun to combat the sobering heat. This video will be about the Top 10 hottest places in the world. So, let's get started!

10: Ghadames, Libya
The first on the list is Ghadames, an oasis Berber town in northwestern Libya, also known as the “Pearl of the Desert”. Some archaeologists claim it is one of the oldest pre-Saharan towns, settled in the 4th millennium B.C.
Usually, the average temperature of the town in July is 41°C; however, the highest temperature ever recorded in the region is 55°, making it one of the literal hot spots in the world. The town has been listed as a UNESCO world heritage site as it portrays the traditional human settlements; there are approximately 1,300 houses in the city with connected rooftops.

9: Flaming Mountains, China.
The next on today’s list is the Flaming Mountains of China; they are also known as the Huoyan Mountains in the east of Turpan City and the northern rim of the Taklamakan Desert, known as the world’s, most dangerous desert.

8: Dallol, Ethiopia.
Dallol is a tiny remote village in the extreme north of Ethiopia; the town is a volcanic crater located 130 meters below sea level; it is famous for its earthy colors, salt lakes and hot springs, which discharge hyper-acidic brine and hyper-saline. A cinder cone volcano surrounds Dallol, which makes it one of the hottest areas in the world; the highest temperature it has ever reached is 49°C. The annual average high temperature of the village is 41.2°C; however, in the hottest months, it can reach up to 46.7°C.

7: Wadi Halfa, Sudan.
Wadi Halfa is a town located in extreme northern Sudan on Lake Nubia shores, near the Egypt border. In 1964 the historical village was destroyed because of flooding, due to which most of its inhabitants had to relocate; by 1965, only 3,200 residents were living in the city.

6: Turbat, Pakistan.
Turbat is in the southern Balochistan province of Pakistan and is one of the hottest cities in South Asia. In 2017 the city reported the highest temperature of 53.5°C. The summer lasts approximately 4.4 months and is muggy, sweltering, and arid, although the winters are much shorter, comfortably dry, and windy.

Number 5: Mitribah, Kuwait.
Mitribah is the weather station in northwest Kuwait. In July 2016, the location recorded the highest temperature of 54°C, the 3rd highest verified temperature ever recorded on earth. Since then, each year, the highs keep coming.

4: Dasht-e Lut, Iran.
The Lut desert, also known as the Dasht-E-Lut, is the 33rd largest desert in the world with an area of 51,800 Km². This salt desert is in eastern Iran; its name was derived from the Persian language, where “Dasht” means plain and “lut” means empty and bare, and it stands to its name as presently no one lives in this desert due to its climate condition and extreme weather.

3: Sahara Desert, Africa.
With an area of 9,200,000 Km², the Sahara Desert is the biggest hot desert on the planet; the desert is in the north of the Mediterranean Sea and is spread over 10 countries. The desert offers various land features to its visitors, but the most famous of them is the sand dune fields which can reach up to 183 meters high and cover 25% of the desert region.

2: Aziziyah, Libya.
The second of today’s list is Aziziyah, also spelt as El Azizia, a small town in northwestern Libya with an area of 1,940 Km² and is known as the first formal republic in Arab. In September 1922, the city came into the limelight when a local weather station reported a blazing temperature of 58°C as, at that time, a summer peak of 50°C was not that common; however, the claim was invalidated by the World Meteorological Organization in 2012.

1: Death Valley, California.
On top of our list is the Death Valley, a desert valley in eastern California north of the Mojave Desert. The valley lives up to its name and is the driest place in northern America and had reported a temperature of 54.4°C in the summer of 2020. The steep valley walls trap hot air and make the valley's temperature significantly high as the sun reheats air masses.

Wadi Matkhandoush (Libya) Vacation Travel Video Guide

Travel video about destination Wadi Matkhandoush in Libya.

Situated in southern Libya is a remarkable, dried out river valley, the Wadi Matkhandoush. At first sight although the valley looks rather insignificant it actually contains a unique treasure of Mankind, a treasure that lay hidden for thousands of years until Italian archaeologist and palaeontologist Fabrizio Mori discovered many fascinating carvings in the region’s rocks. Most of the images date back to the Bubalus epoch which is easily recognizable due to the depictions of the ‘Old Buffalo’ that are related to the Cape Buffalo of today. Why the early inhabitants of the desert mountains of Akakus carved images of the indigenous wildlife into so many rock walls of the river valley, remains a mystery. Even so, their creators must have been extremely diligent as tens of thousands of their images have been catalogued. The countless rock paintings make the dried out river valley look like a huge open air museum that features all five periods of Saharan rock art. There are also pictures that date back to the Garamantes, a legendary and mysterious tribe that dominated trans-Sahara trade for many centuries. The discovery of the rock paintings has meant that a once unknown period of the history of Mankind has been preserved for future generations.

10 Countries with the HOTTEST Temperatures EVER RECORDED!

Most people dream of going on holiday to a warm country and spending the day lounging in the sun. but beware, some countries may just be a little too warm for you!
here are 10 Countries With The HOTTEST Temperatures EVER RECORDED!

10. Dallol, Ethiopia
This area is full of hot springs and gas geysers which is probably why during the years 1960 to 1966 it recorded an average daily high temperature of 106ºf making it the uninhabited area with the highest average in the world!

9. Dasht-e Loot, Iran
Between 2003 and 2009 this desert plateau reached ground temperatures of 159ºf! That's hot enough to melt your car's tires! its no surprise then that this place is uninhabited.

8.Timbuktu, Mali
This southern Sahara desert city highest ever recorded temperature is 120.2ºf but this city never cools down not even in winter, where daily highs are still in the 90s

7. Bandar-e Mahshahr, Iran
The hottest recorded temperature in the city is 123.8ºf but it also has the second-highest heat index ever recorded. The heat index is a value used to let us know how hot it really feels by factoring in relative humidity as well as temperature.

6. Tirat Zvi, Israel
Tirat Zvi recorded its highest temperature of 129.2ºf in June 1942 although the record is in dispute as an investigator claims the temperature was closer to 127ºf

5. Wadi Halfa, Sudan
This city sits on the shores of Lake Nubia and its highest temperature was 127.4ºf and was recorded in April 1967 even though the hottest month in this city is June with average daily highs of 106ºf.

4. Ghadames, Libya
Known as the pearl in the desert because of its white mud-huts this town has a daily average high temperature of 104ºf and once recorded a temperature of 131ºf!

3. Kebili, Tunisia
Another desert town also boasting similar numbers, Kebili has also recorded a high temperature of 131ºf and daily high temp averages of 106ºf.

2. Aziziyah, Libya
Formally the hottest place on earth recording a temperature of 136.4ºf in 1922 it was stripped of its title in 2012 due to a variety of factors, including the inexperience of the person who recorded it. It's a hot place though, with midsummer temperatures regularly topping the 118º mark

1. Death Valley, California, USA
The driest place in the USA, it's also the hottest. In 1913 it recorded a temperature of 134ºf and has average daily highs of 116º in midsummer. meaning that whomever named it Death Valley knew what he was doing!

Welcome to Jahra, Kuwait - the city with the hottest ever recorded temperature on earth!

I went to Kuwait a few months ago, on the exact hottest day of the year, so I could see what life is like in the brutal heat!! How on earth can people survive and do their daily activities when it’s 55 degrees Celsius, or 140 degrees Fahrenheit outside? How can they eat? Sleep? Pray? Enjoy life?

I met up with my local friend, Sulaiman, and together we went on an adventure of a lifetime, from the urban city life to deep inside the desert on the Saudi border.

This is my favorite video of the year so far, and I hope you enjoy!!
