Pangasinan is a destination for tourists who wish to explore islands and beaches, waterfalls, and feast on tasty local cuisine - all just 3-4 hours of drive from Manila. Pangasinan translates to “place of salt” as it is a major producer of salt. In fact, two of their main products are bagoong (shrimp paste) and alamang (krill) that give additional flavor to dishes. Sky Plaza is a recreation center located in Natividad, Pangasinan. It is a popular destination for both locals and tourists, offering a variety of activities and attractions. The highlight of Sky Plaza is the Ayat ni Apo Jesus or God's Love statue, which is a 40-foot tall statue of Christ the Redeemer. The statue is located at the top of the hill, and can be reached by climbing a flight of stairs.

The Daang Katutubo in the town Aguilar is said to be one of the most scenic roads in the Philippines. The road trails across the rolling hills of Pangasinan, giving visitors seemingly endless picturesque stretches of land and greenery. The 24.22km road also leads to another known destination in Aguilar—the Mapita View Deck. The construction of the Daang Katutubo is also said to help indigenous communities reach the town proper faster, easier and safely.

Quick road trip to Aguilar Pangasinan to see the Mapita. Mountain views and fresh air great way to spend the afternoon.
We did hike down and got to the river but we are not sure where to go once at the river. Which we found out later was just down the river. It's always good to have a section unexplored. gives a reason to go back and look forward to.

One of the main attractions in Pangasinan in the coming years will be its beautiful mountains. This is probably one of the most scenic views I have ever been to. I have no plans to make a video, it's good that I took some good pictures, and became good? content anyway, the video is short more of montage and highlights. On this ride, we climbed Mapita and we went down to Bayaoas River, it's more than 5 kilometers which is very steep so it is also very difficult to go back again to Mapita's viewpoint.
