Our LAST Stop in Bosnia & Herzegovina | MOSTAR Travel Vlog
Mostar is probably the most popular town in Bosnia & Herzegovina and for good reason! The town is filled with incredible architecture, amazing views of the mountains, and some gorgeous blue water.
Walking through the picturesque streets, you'll find many shops selling a multitude of things from Turkish tea sets to Gucci head scarfs. The town seems to be centered around one attraction, though, the Stari Most bridge, which pulls everyone in. Here you can see the Mostar diving team collecting money for their next jump into the water - and at 27 meters tall, the jump really is an amazing sight.
Mostar is not just a beautiful town. There's also a vibrant and devastating history to be learned about. And, lucky for those visiting, there are quite a few great museums to gain some knowledge. We visited the Herzegovina museum which covered a long range of history from the Ottoman empire to the Bosnian war. You're able to see life as it was for the rich and poor during the Ottoman times as well as those fighting for the ability to live harmoniously among one another during the war.
Mostar has a ton to offer and what we show is just a tiny sliver, so if you get the chance, we definitely recommend going!

We leave Motocamp Croatia and head south to Bosnia where we visit the old town of Mostar, watch loonies jump off the Stari most bridge and drink beers.
When you're in Mostar it's easy to forget that 30 years ago the place was a deadly warzone. You can see some footage on YouTube which is absolutely harrowing. Folk fighting in the very spots were were sitting having a beer and a laugh.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is playing its part in the world craft beer boom, with small breweries around the country flourishing.
It all started when small breweries in numerous towns and cities including Sarajevo, Vogošća, Banja Luka, Mostar, Doboj, Livno and Široki Brijeg established themselves.

Lovac Barrique 2015 – Lovac Craft Pivovara – Spancil Hill
Dark Old Ale, for six months, drifted into an oak barrique barrel in which the Blatina wine was abandoned for the past three years.
Semizburg Karanđoloz – Pivara Semizburg
Black India Pale Ale (Black IPA), 6.7% ABV, moderate bitterness with 62 IBUs, dry beer with balanced notes of hops, tastes and character of American IPA, only darker but with no strong fried tastes. They combine and mix different flavors, such as spices, flowers, jellies, grapes.

Brewed in Oldbridž brewery, with 7,5% ABV, slightly cloudy deep amber-light brown color with a straw hue and an average-sized, tan creamy head with pretty good retention. Taste is nice caramely and roasty, some cocoa and nuts.

With 5,2% ABV, a aroma, lightly hoppy orange and fruity. Flavor was very lightly bitter, biscuit, bread-grainy with just a bit of herbal hops.

SUMMER VACATION IN CROATIA // BOSNIA 4K
The first thing we did when we arrived Croatia was to pick up our rental car and drove into the beautiful old town in Split.
After a few days in Split we went to the island of Pag. After some wild days at the Spring Break Island Festival we continued our route across the country. Croatia is one of the most beautiful places we've ever been to. The nature was truly amazing.
