Top 10 Best Cities To Live In Australia - Retired - Job | Traveling Guide

Hello. you are welcome, in this video, I will walk you through the process of the top 10 best cities to live in in Australia

@A-B_Luxury
Australia, or the Commonwealth of Australia, is a sovereign state made up of the Australian continent's interior, the island of Tasmania, as well as several other smaller islands. Australia is the sixth-biggest country in the world and the largest country by area in Oceania, with a total land area of 7,617,930 square kilometers.

With six states and ten territories, Australia is a federal parliamentary constitutional monarchy. The eastern seaboard of Australia, where nearly 26 million people live, is extensively urbanized.

The capital of the country is Canberra, although Sydney is the most populous city and major financial hub. Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, and Brisbane are the next four biggest cities. Australia's demographics have been impacted by centuries of immigration: 30% of the population is made up of immigrants, and over half of all Australians have at least one parent who was born abroad.

Australia's economy, which derives its income from a variety of areas including services, mining exports, finance, manufacturing, agriculture, and international education, depends on the nation's enormous natural resources and well-established international trade relations.

Best State To Live in Australia : Which State is Most Livable in Australia

Australia, a vast and diverse country, offers several appealing places to live. Among the top choices are:

Western Australia: With captivating coastlines and untouched wilderness, it's affordable, has a high median income, and a growing job market. Perth, though isolated, offers a relaxed lifestyle and vibrant arts scene.

Victoria: Home to Melbourne, known for its culture and livability, Victoria also features beautiful landscapes, but the cost of living is relatively high.

Australian Capital Territory (ACT): Centered around Canberra, ACT has a high median income, low poverty rate, and a peaceful lifestyle, but some may find it lacking excitement.

New South Wales: Housing Sydney, a cosmopolitan hub, New South Wales offers diverse landscapes and a strong economy but comes with a high cost of living.

Tasmania: A unique experience with unspoiled nature, Tasmania attracts retirees and those seeking a slower pace of life.

Queensland: Known for its natural wonders, Queensland's growing economy appeals to people from other states, especially Brisbane, but affordability varies.

South Australia: With stunning beaches and wineries, South Australia offers affordability in Adelaide but has lower household income and higher unemployment.

External Territories: The external territories provide unique landscapes and wildlife but come with a slower lifestyle and higher living costs.

Ultimately, the best state to live in Australia depends on individual preferences and priorities.

10 Reasons You SHOULD Move to Perth Over Any Other City in Australia

Laying out why Perth is the most underrated city in Australia.

For a balanced view, see my last video on the 10 Reasons You Should NOT Move to Perth Australia here:

And a few corrections for the record lol -
- I misspoke referring to Perth as a state, obviously meant WA, then Perth is the capital city within
- Perth had fewer restrictions in terms of lockdowns etc whilst within WA, needless to say the restrictions for moving between WA & the rest of the world were extremely tight and difficult for many Australians through the pandemic. I was referring to how few lockdowns Perth went through comparatively, and particularly as I moved from the UK to Perth during this time I really noticed the difference, albeit this may be a UK vs Aus comparison rather than state specific.
- Obviously take all of these with a pinch of salt, every state absolutely has it’s merits

The most Affordable Place to Live in Sydney Australia

Roselands is a suburb to the south-west of the Sydney Central Business District (CBD), in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Roselands is located 16 kilometers south-west of the Sydney CBD. It is one of the easternmost suburbs in the Western Sydney area. The suburb takes its name from the plant nursery that originally occupied the land. Later a golf course was built with same name which was taken over to build the shopping center. It became a suburb on 9 February 1987, after some years of agitation by local residents and members of parliament. Roselands Shopping Center was the third fully enclosed shopping precinct in Australia, opened in October 1965.
