福建小伙改良火锅创业,1锅白粥涮海鲜牛肉,一晚上至少卖5000元

福建厦门靠海吃海,关于海鲜有很多新潮的吃法,虾头熬汤煮面、虾肉做虾饼,甚至做成火锅也有新花样,今天我们探访的这位90后小伙,因为爱吃广式火锅,自学手艺开起火锅店,只用1锅白粥煮一切,下午5点才开始营业,只有15张桌子,一晚上可以卖出至少5000元,就用1锅白粥当锅底,鲜活的海虾、新鲜现切的牛肉烫着吃,裹着鸡蛋液的嫩牛肉在粥水涮几秒,肉汁紧锁一口滑嫩鲜香,生腌海鲜也是不容错过的重磅菜品,去掉虾须的鲜虾,陶醉在50几度的白酒里,加入辣椒、蒜末、香菜、花雕酒、白糖等调味料后,直接生吃,虾肉入味鲜甜,好吃到上头,不过吃完切记不能开车哦,最后再来一碗白粥,海鲜的鲜甜和牛肉滑蛋的香味都溶入米汤里,入口十分鲜美,仿佛吃出春天的味道,不知不觉就把锅底也吃得一干二净,饭后再来碗冰粉当甜品,人均100元左右吃得十分满足。

最接地气的美食栏目!我是雪鱼,我要带你从南吃到北,从白吃到黑。
天冷了,雪鱼就来广东觅食了。因为已经来过很多次广东了,所以这次的计划就相对随意一些了。
到了深圳后直接就去了这家粥底火锅店,以前在成都、重庆吃过很多次的火锅,都是麻辣锅底的,红艳艳的特别有食欲,吃完火辣辣的一天;跟川渝不同,这家火锅店就是粥底火锅,简单来说就是米汤涮一切;牛肉窝蛋、脆肉鲩(huan)、猪杂等,通通原味下锅,吃的时候可以搭配姜丝醋汁吃,非常清爽的感觉,同时也特别考验食材的新鲜程度。最后再把猪杂、枸杞叶放进涮肉的锅里,就成了一碗特别美味生滚粥。
其实这道美食是来自顺德,去年的时候我们就去过顺德,夜宵猪杂粥,还有清晨的生滚粥~
