据说在福建厦门有一家特别的海鲜大排档，藏在农村里地方偏僻又难找，一到晚上却堪比闹市，老板是4个退伍军人，返乡一起合伙创业，13000多平米场地当饭店，用2米宽的超级拼盘上菜，人均100元左右就能吃到龙虾、鲍鱼、螃蟹等，各种生猛海鲜摞成塔一样，要2个汉子才能抬得动，场面比吃酒席还壮观，店里50多张桌子，高峰1天能翻台100多桌，流水10多万。我们慕名找到这家店来一探究竟。
闽南人吃海鲜讲究原汁原味，店里大部分都是用活鲜，做法也是简单的清蒸或白灼，龙虾和螃蟹都是厦门办桌菜的做法，底部分别铺着乌冬面和冬粉，蒸煮的同时吸收海鲜的汤汁入味鲜香，在酒席上懂吃的人都会先夹一筷子，再品尝其他，雪白的龙虾肉质紧实弹牙，膏蟹满满的红膏，蟹肉细腻鲜甜，鲍鱼个头不小，一口下去Q弹厚实的肉质让人十分满足，还有肥美的生蚝，鲜甜的鳗鱼，鲜脆的小管、大虾、海螺等等，除了海鲜还有烤串扇子骨，紫菜饭和肉丸汤，18道菜1200元够12个人大快朵颐，店里还有其他套餐，尤其适合夏天的时候和朋友聚会小酌。

【雪鱼环海南岛美食之旅09】烤乳猪，大家都见过吃过，但是当早餐吃，还是很少人知道吧。在海南临高县，这儿的硬核早餐就是烤乳猪！一条街都是卖烤乳猪的，可以说是非常震撼。老板大叔凌晨3点就要起床开始处理烤猪，从腌制到上架烘烤，2-3个小时后香喷喷的烤猪才会出炉。烤猪颜色金黄，诱发食欲，用刀切肉，那声音听着就勾引馋虫！一斤猪肉150元，切一盘就要40元了，老板还会赠送米饭、酸菜一份，还有蘸料一份，这样硬核的临高早餐就好了！我第一次听得时候就觉得不可思议，早餐一定要吃这么油腻的东西吗，其实不是那样的，猪肉的肥油已经被烘烤出来，吃起来肥而不腻，外皮焦脆的口感给人带来视觉和味觉上的冲击，吃完这一顿一天能量满满的！

四味中药熬出思念，温暖滋补诠释厦门人家的味道
古味四物面线店的四物汤是用当归头、白芍、川芎、熟地黄这四味中药搭配肉食熬制成的，可以搭配面线一起食用，味道非常独特。据说是厦门人的家常菜，通常会在秋天喝此汤进补。店址在曾姑娘巷与思明北路的交汇处，巷口常有一家卖陕西凉皮的摊店。
