To leave India during the 2nd wave of the pandemic, I had to deal with:
1) Endless lockdowns
2) Closure of most public transportation
3) Airline's lack of knowledge regarding their own flights
4) Government train ticket app won't book foreigners
5) Finding a place to provide covid test results in less than 22 hours
6) Hospital trying to cheat me
7) Flight with mechanical problems
8) Flight delay and late arrival
9) Missed flight and flight reschedule
10) Missing baggage
11) Screaming kids in the seats in front of me
12) Arriving in Albania at 2am
13) Getting robbed in the Tirana, Albania Airport
14) Credit card fraud
And, there were more things that I didn't list. But as you can see, it has been a nightmare to get from India to Albania during the 2nd wave of the pandemic. Normally, my travels are quite smooth without any major problems...but this time was definitely a bit different.
