A very smokey Meridian Aviation Antonov AN-12 landing and take off at Liège airport! Last august, I was lucky enough to capture this 56 years old Antonov twice in two days! A plane with an amazing sound, and the well-known smoke trails. Enjoy watching! :) More information:

The seaplane is a unique airplane. He does the impossible, sits down and takes off from the water surface. This combination of sensations of swimming on a boat + flight on an airplane.
This is one of the best sensations that you can experience during the flight. Wheels that are at arm's length.
Green Cavok Air Antonov AN12 Evening Landing at Prestwick Airport
Hi all. In this Prestwick Airport video, the rare Green Cavok Air Antonov AN12 lands during dusk. This AN12 is the only one in Green within Cavok’s fleet. The rest of their AN12s are either in a white livery or their striking dark blue and orange livery. They also have a few in a White and red stripe livery. This video was filmed during June 2017. Antonov An-12 landing with engine shut down
UR-CGW on flight UKL4031 from Kaunas to BHX on 5 March 2018.
Just where and when the engine was stopped and its propellers feathered to reduce drag, I don't know.
I should mention that this plane is 54 years old, so I guess it may need a bit of nursing now and again. Still a lovely plane - one of my favourites still flying.

Not something you see everyday at Manchester and it was an unexpected visitor as well. Friday 5th August 2016 I'd gone to do some filming, as usual and was informed that this on its way in from Luxembourg. Cavok Air Antonov An-12, registration UR-CJN. It had only been on the ground just over an hour before it departed again so I managed to film it. A very smoky departure from Manchesters runway 23L, four plumes trailed behind it as climbed away.

RARE Rubystar Antonov AN-12 EW-483TI departing Palma De Mallorca Airport
Whilst spotting at Mallorca for the day at the end of November, I only went with the intention of potentially seeing a few new Air Europas and the odd retro livery too. Once I arrived parked up on the Apron was this Antonov 12. Initially dismissing the thought that it may leave whilst I was there, in time it was eventually readied to start its engines and was pushed back.
Naturally I was very excited to be filming my first AN-12 at somewhere else other than my home airport.
This Antonov as made in 1967 where it flew for 37 years for the Soviet Union Air Force. It was then transferred to Aerovis Airlines in 2009 where it has since flown with Silkway Airlines and now RubyStar. All in all a very long history for this bird.
Much more footage from my day spotting in Mallorca to come. I caught alot of unexpected movements which I'll share with you all soon. Thanks for the continued support.

Antonov 12, 747s & 757 ! Spotting Compilation at Frankfurt Hahn !
Here we have the first and only video from Frankfurt Hahn Airport ! We went there one evening to see that An-12 and stayed for a bit, it was lovely ! The spot for the evening is amazing, as you can see for the last 3 planes, and what a traffic ! Not a lot of planes, but the quality is here !
Anyway, enjoy the video ! The next and final airport is coming soon ;)
P.s. I believe that was my first time seeing a flying An-12 !
