EMIRATES A380 NEAR MISS WITH AIR SEYCHELLES
On 14th July 2017, Emirates 703 (EK703) an Airbus A380-861 from Dubai (DXB) to Mauritius (MRU) was cruising at an altitude of 40,000 Feet before requesting descent to Mauritius for Runway 14. Seychelles 054 (HM054) an Airbus A330-243 was leaving Mauritius for Seychelles and given clearance by Mauritius ATC to climb and maintain 37,000 Ft. Upon requesting descent, EK703 was given clearance to descend and maintain 38,000 Ft due to crossing HM054 at time 13:07(UTC). EK703 read back Flight Level 360 (36,000 Ft) to Mauritius ATC instead of Flight Level 380 (38,000 Ft).

Air Seychelles Airbus A320NEO special ONE-OFF visit to Perth | 006
Air Seychelles is the national airline of Mahe, in the Republic of Seychelles (an archipelago nation of 115 islands located 1,500 km east of mainland Africa). As of May 2021, it has a small fleet of 7 aircraft and does not fly to Australia.
The aircraft, an Airbus A320NEO registered as S7-PTI, was charted to fly the Australian Cricket Team flew back to Australia after quarantining in the Maldives due to the recent severe COVID-19 outbreak in India. S7-PTI left its home base at Mahe, flying to the Maldives to pick the Australian team. It then completed the 7hr long flight across the Indian Ocean towards Perth, Australia, arriving shortly after midnight on May 17th. After possibility offloading some of the passengers, S7-PTI proceeded to Sydney where the remainder of the team and their equipment arrived back on home soil.
At 6 am on the May 18th, S7-PTI departed Sydney for the long trip home. First stopping in Perth for fuel (as shown in the video here) then onwards to Maldives and Mahe.

Air Seychelles' first A330 lands in paradise!
Air Seychelles celebrated a momentous occasion when it welcomed its first A330-200 aircraft in July 2012. Vice President Danny Faure and Minister Joel Morgan, Seychelles' Minister for Home Affairs and Transport were present to witness a ribbon cutting ceremony by President James Michel, celebrating the arrival of the much-awaited aircraft.
The aircraft is named in honor of Aldabra island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Seychelles' most remote and pristine islands.
