Our virtual walking tour of Costa Teguise in winter begins by Playa del Jablillo at the end of Av. del Jabillo, a good starting point to explore Costa Teguise's restaurants and bars. Many of the town's hotels are situated here too. And even in winter, you'll find Costa Teguise bars and cafes busy, as the Lanzarote weather is good all year around.
Our Costa Teguise tour also takes in a walk along the promenade by Playa de las Cucharas, before exploring more of the town. We end with a tour of the hotel Grand Teguise Playa.
If you're wondering what the Lanzarote weather is like in Winter, it's normally perfect for a winter sun holiday, (though it can be very windy and a bit overcast as it was in this video.)

Teguise has is one of the top Costa Teguise day trips - not just for the Sunday Teguise market, but for the charm of the Teguise bars and restaurants to be found on almost every street.
Teguise is the former capital of Lanzarote, during the week it's a very peaceful town. But on Sunday it bustles as all the streets are filled with market stalls. Teguise Market is on every Sunday, 9.00-14.00.

Discover and Explore Canary Islands
Costa Teguise is a coastal town in the Municipality of Teguise on the island of Lanzarote (in the Canary Islands of Spain). It was built intentionally to accommodate tourism, and prior to building commencing the streets were planned, constructed, and serviced in advance.
The town has four main beaches, all of which are natural: Playa de los Charcos, Playa de las Cucharas, Playa del Jablillo and Playa Bastián. Playa de las Cucharas is the biggest and the only one with toasted sand. It is well known for the practice of windsurfing, and each year a freestyle event of the PWA World Tour is held here.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars that offer a variety of cuisines, shopping area and boutique shops are also present in the area, there is an aquapark located in Costa Teguise as well. Costa Teguise is also famous for windsurfing and other aquatic sports activities as well. Tourists can also enjoy hiking at the nearby Montaña Corona and see the magnificent view of the volcano up close. If you want to relax and chill you should definitely check out Pueblo Marinero, there you can experience fine dining and the hip atmosphere while enjoying a cocktail or two.
