JAPANESE BARBER CUTS MY HAIR AFTER 8 LONG MONTHS OF TRAVEL (the barba tokyo)
Today is the day we've all been waiting for...Daniel is getting his hair cut at a Japanese barber for the first time after 8 long months of travel! And I couldn't be doing it at a cooler spot...The Barba Tokyo! Before getting the most anticipated haircut of my life, we head out to visit the beautiful Mount Fuji! After a metro and two train rides, we make it to Arakurayama Sengen Park. This park has beautiful walking paths, pagodas and viewpoints of Mount Fiji. When we first arrived we were nervous we wouldn't catch a glimpse of the mountain in its entirety, but after a quick bowl of Udon noodles, the clouds had dissipated and the view was clear! After enjoying the sights and snapping a thousand photos, we headed back into Tokyo for my haircut! The Barba is a legit shop. Harley-Davidson and California memorabilia line the walls. Jin gave me the freshest cut, shave and style I've ever had! Glad I held out to get my hair cut at The Barba!

???? Classic Straight Razor Wet Shave in Authentic 1960s Vintage Barbershop | Lewistown Montana
While we were in Montana we finally found a barbershop to film a wet shave! We stopped in the historic downtown of Lewistown and found Victory Barber Shop on Main Street.
The barbershop is owned by Wendy Crawford who is originally from Montana. She trained in Denver and has been working in the industry for 30 years.
While growing up Wendy's family moved from Montana to Colorado, and she visited Montana every year. Montana is the place she always wanted to come back to so nine years ago she returned, and she bought Victory Barber Shop.
This barbershop was originally opened in 1941 and Wendy bought the shop from the second owner. All the interior cabinets and countertop are from the 1960s making this barbershop an authentic vintage experience.

I Went to Japan's Coolest Barbershop | Mr. Brothers Cut Club
I went to the Mr. Brothers Cut Club Barbershop in the Meguro district of Tokyo. The barbershop has the coolest, old-school laid-back atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and they take their time cutting your hair. Free drinks included, and people often hang out for a while after their cut. There are five shops in Japan; three in Tokyo and two in Osaka. If you are in Japan and need a haircut, this is a fun place to go.

???? Head Massage & Romanian Hair Styling at Frizebad Barbershop | Bucharest Romania
The second part of our Frizebad Barbershop experience including a head massage and hair styling! Frizebad barbershop is situated just around the corner from Pasajul Victoria and the Old Town of Bucharest. The barbershop relocated to this current address after the Bucharest earthquake of 1977.
The interior is a perfect time warp reflecting the Romanian tastes from when it was last renovated in 1981. Surprisingly, original 1930’s barber chairs from Chicago remain. I guess even the might of communist dictators stop when it comes to barber chairs!

Classic Old Indian Barbershop Wet Shave, Face & Head Massage Experience
Classic Old Authentic Indian Barbershop located on Hawa Mahal Road in Jaipur, India. When wandering around Jaipur looking for the right location to film, we saw this gem of a shop with its gleaming yellow paintwork from down the road!
Filming this wet shave, face & head massage experience was a solo endeavor, but I think we still captured the ambiance of this busy street barbershop. Well worth the effort if you are in town and in need of a shave and massage!
