GARLIC PICANHA: Chop picanha steak and sauté it with garlic and beef-demi glace, reserve. Fry garlic shaves in olive oil until crispy, but not burned and reserve. On dough, add fresh mozzarella, sauteed picanha, tomato sauce and chopped onion. Finish with crispy garlic, garlic oil and fresh herbs.

BRISKET: On ⅕ of the pizza, spread tomato sauce, olive oil, cheese, Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce and dry basil. Add the brisket, which has been cooked low and slow for 12 hours and has been seasoned with “Uncle Chris’ Gourmet Steak Seasoning”
PEPPERONI: On ⅕ of the pizza, spread tomato sauce, olive oil, cheese, Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce and dry basil. Add pepperoni.
MARGHERITA: On ⅕, spread olive oil as the base (no red sauce). Add cheese, dry and fresh basil, and tomatoes.
APPLE PIE: To create the base, mix 1 pound of powdered sugar, 3 eggs and 1 cup of cream cheese (note, we did not see this being mixed). Spread the base on ⅕ of the pizza and add sliced apple and brown sugar.

■ TURAGOI, MEXICO: After 4 hours on the road, and with Simon starving as he didn't indulge in the Tacos on our previous pit-stop, it was time to hunt for something edible. Right after a toll-booth an American Subway restaurant was spotted. I decided to accompany Simon for moral support, as who likes to eat alone, but as we started walking I spotted an epic looking street kitchen.
Turns out it was a family run Quesedilla street food restaurant. Not knowing what that actually means (yes, really) I decided to see how these Quesedilla's are made and taste like.

Cut into thin slices. | Burger: Cut the bread half and warm in an oven for around 90 seconds. Fry bacon slices. Grind the beef to patties, then put them on the grill. Sprinkle special seasonings on top. Add Danish blue cheese, and wait for it to melt. Assemble all ingredients and serve with fries.

In this epic adventure, I take you on the bustling streets of Caracas and through the beautiful beach towns of Morrocoy to see how many things I could purchase with $10 USD, which at the time I made this video, was 14.7 MILLION Venezuelan Bolivares... Right now, $10 USD is equal to 22 million Bolivares, it's absolutely crazy.
Despite Venezuela's economic crisis and massive hyperinflation, the cost of everyday items is getting more expensive, which makes it even harder for the local people to afford basic things like bread and water. It's really sad, and I hope the situation gets better because Venezuelans are some of the warmest and most hospitable people I've ever met. More to come soon from Venezuela!

Fried chicken is so popular that the Philippines even have its own fried chicken brand. It’s also a dream food that some poor Filipinos can’t afford in real life.
Low-income earners can only eat chicken bones with bits of meat left. This kind of food from organic waste is called in Tagalog “Pagpag”.
Even if it is not hygienic and dangerous to health, it’s the only way to survive for many poor people in the slums of the Philippines.
This episode has been filmed in May 2017.

I wasn't expecting this at Mcdonald's in Turkey - Istanbul
During the first days of May 2023, we visited Istanbul in Turkey. We had the chance to try the delicious food that this country has to offer but...how does Mcdonald's taste in Turkey? That's a question I had and I wanted to try the Durum that you can find in this restaurant because we saw a lot of advertisements all around the city. We went to the Asian side of Istanbul on a very cheap boat ride with beautiful views. Once we made it, we noticed fewer tourists than on the European side. After walking for a moment we found a Mcdonald's. So I bought the Durum I had seen in the advertisements and the flavour was not what I was expecting because the beef was flavourless. We also ate a chicken Durum, a cheeseburger and churros.
