Pontoon adventure trip
This video was made during our adventure trip at Periya River in Kerala . We built our pontoon for this trip and it was one of the most thrilling and amazing experiences of our Life.. We arranged a two-day, one-night adventure trip with five friends. Our DIY pontoon boat started from Aluva Manapuram to Manjali Bridge. We used pedals based propeller for moving the pontoon forward... humidity and heat kept us in a constant sweat but cool freshwater streams provided much-needed relief...we camped at the tiny island in the river. We go fishing, swimming and kayaking. we stay in our tent on the pontoon. There were stories about the dangerous whirlpool in this river, on the first day itself we had to experience the Monstrous whirlpool , Swallowing everything dragged towards its direction. Our 20 feet pontoon was just like a tiny toy for the whirlpool. luckily we managed save our pontoon and our life from this monster. by the night rain was pounding so hard and our tent ripped off, camp site got flooded. what a nightmare that was. We will never forget this trip in our lifetime. Never under estimate the mother nature.
