Patio and Hot tub on ground plus docks have a deck/patio on the water. Laundry closet in the eat-in kitchen. The home is on a large lot with tropical landscaping along the waterfront. Plenty of parking for cars, trailers, and motor home. The downstairs could be expanded to a two bedroom apartment by using some of the storage area. There is a laundry room downstairs also.
