With its 72 thundering waterfalls, secluded valleys, colourful alpine meadows and lonely mountain inns, the Lauterbrunnen Valley is one of the biggest nature conservation areas in Switzerland.
Winter:
The expansive ski regions of Wengen-Kleine Scheidegg and Mürren-Schilthorn are quickly reached by mountain railway. There are 45 transport facilities altogether in the Jungfrau region as well as 213 km of piste, fun parks, 100 km of winter hiking trails and 50 km of toboggan run. The Lauterbrunnen Valley also boasts plenty of cross-country ski trails.

Lauterbrunnen is perhaps the most beautiful village in Switzerland.
Located in the swiss Alps valley, it is also known as the waterfalls village as it has 72 waterfalls that look absolutely gorgeous.
This video was shot during summer time (August 2019) and I was lucky as the weather was at its best (for video shooting).

This beautiful heavy rain umbrella 4K walk starts at Zurich HB - Zurichs Central rail station. We are walking in the rain along Bahnhofstrasse.We continue our walk along Lindenhof Hill for panoramic views over the Limmat River and the university quarter. We then cross the Limmat River and stroll through the narrow streets of Zurichs Old Town Altstadt. We pass Grossmünster Cathedral - Zurichs impressive and famous landmark and continue our walk towards Lake Zürich. We then walk along Schanzengraben before we end our rainy walk at Zurich HB. By far one of the most beautiful country in the world. In this video, we present you the Jungfrau Region located in the famous Swiss Alps. Starting in the beautiful Lauterbrunnen Valley (which was the inspiration behind Rivendell from the Lord of the Rings), a total of 72 waterfalls gush down from the vertical cliff faces, some of which are as high as 400m. The surrounding villages like Murren and Wengen (accessible only by train or cable car) are equally wonderful. On the Top of Europe: A visit to the Jungfraujoch puts a jewel in the crown of any visit to Switzerland. Standing on the Jungfraujoch 3,454 metres above sea level, you can feel it with your first step: this is a different world. It's one you have to experience. We continued our filming session in the amazing Schynige Platte and from there to the famous Gridewald village and breathtaking Grindelwald First, ending our journey with a panoramic view from the Harder Kulm mountain.
