Welcome to the NSW Beach Volleyball Tour 21/22.
This lockdown period has allowed us to take the time to develop our beach tour offering with a fresh perspective. We are excited to welcome you back for a fun-filled summer of beach volleyball and ready to deliver the best season yet.
The last two years saw our NSW Beach Volleyball Tour grow with great success. For the first time ever during the tour, the participation and pathway teams will come along to the events and deliver unique activities that will benefit our growing community. The tour is evolving into a weekend-long beach volleyball event to encourage greater participation and more playing time. These new additions are all part of the bigger picture and will help support sustainable growth for our sport in NSW.
Each event will follow the same 3-day format, including local training sessions, a phoenix training camp, social competitions and our two main tournaments, senior and junior.

29th South East Asian Beach Volleyball Championships @ Palawan Beach Sentosa
30 teams, of 15 women’s and men’s pairs, representing eight countries will be competing in the 29th South East Asian Beach Volleyball Championships to be held in Singapore for the first time. Organised by the Volleyball Association of Singapore (VAS) with the support of Unusual Limited and The Co-organization, the tournament matches will be played from September 28 to 30 at the Palawan Beach, Sentosa.

Born in Los Angeles, professional beach volleyball player Casey Patterson has resided in Huntington Beach for over a decade with his wife and three kids. After playing at Brigham Young University, Casey followed his beach volleyball dream and has since earned 15 first place finishes in his professional career. Patterson and his teammate Jake Gibb ended the year as the top US men’s team and hope to continue their success if chosen to be the American representatives in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio. Noted as one of the most charismatic and energetic players in the AVP, Casey is widely known for his suave hawk and expressive style. “I always play with passion and fire because I was not born with natural athletic ability,” Patterson told AVP.com. “Just great hair and great hand-eye coordination.”

Με πρώτο σταθμό τη Θεσσαλονίκη ξεκίνησε από χθες (7/6) το Πανελλήνιο Πρωτάθλημα Beach Volley Ανδρών και Γυναικών (Masters). Οι κορυφαίοι αθλητές και αθλήτριες της άμμου θα αγωνιστούν με θέα τον Θερμαϊκό για τον πρώτο τίτλο της χρονιάς, από 7-10 Ιουνίου. Το απόγευμα της Παρασκευής ο παρουσιαστής Γιώργος Μαυρίδης «σκούπισε» όλο το γήπεδο, η Ειρήνη Κοκκινάκη έκλεψε για μια ακόμη φορά την δόξα της ...Φουρέιρα και οι διεθνείς Τερζής, Σμαραγδής και Οικονομίδου μετέφεραν τις βολεϊκές τους ...γνώσεις από τη σάλα στην άμμο. Chaque année depuis 55 ans, le club d’Annecy #Volleyball organise un grand #tournoi de #volley international sur herbe avec environ 100 terrains ! Sur l’esplanade du Pâquier en plein cœur d’Annecy avec vue sur le lac d'Annecy et ses montagnes.
Ouvert aux participants hommes et femmes par équipe de 3 joueurs, cette compétition se déroule sur 2 jours et plus de 700 équipes s’y affrontent dans la bonne humeur. Un rassemblement de plus de 2100 joueurs, 2000 spectateurs et touristes du monde entier.
L’ambiance est décontractée et bon enfant et les parties rapides permettent de profiter du spectacle sans s’ennuyer.
