The year after the Nagaoka air raid on August 1, 1954, the Nagaoka citizens rose to reconstruction, holding the Nagaoka Revival Festival on August 1, the fireworks display revived in 1954 and celebrated 70 years this year It was.
Looking back on the history of Nagaoka Fireworks, the thoughts of memorials, reconstruction, prayers for peace that the predecessors have connected have been born.
The strong feelings put in Nagaoka fireworks have not changed even after 70 years, and are well handed down among us living now.

Airlines Uncovered: Backstage at Qatar Airways Operations
A rare behind-the-scenes airline operation at Qatar Airways Operation Center (QROC) to see how the crew reports and prepares for their flight. A team of professionals performs flight watch and makes critical decisions to ensure smooth operation of the airline.
At 6am in the early morning, it is full of action at Qatar Airways Operation Center (QROC). Thousands of Qatar Airways pilots and cabin crew depart from here for their flights. All Qatar Airways crew checked in here at the building before their flight. I went behind the scenes to see how the crew got briefed before operating their flight. The pilot will meet their flying partner at the pilot briefing area. The cabin crew will meet their team member at the designated briefing room and go through the flight details. A grooming check is also conducted during the briefing. Then, I joined the crew on the crew bus out to the aircraft on the ramp.
There were about 100 departures in the busy morning hours at Hamad International Airport. I filmed many of the departures before going back to the Qatar Airways Operation Center. I visited the Integrated Operation Control Center (IOCC) where a team of professionals performed flight watch and made critical decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the airline. The supervisor on duty shared about the weather issue and possible flight disruptions. The commercial team looked after re-booking and re-accommodating affected passengers. The maintenance team deals with “Aircraft On Ground” (AOG) issues. I was given a rare behind-the-scenes on airline operations.

SM이 5월 4일 서울 강남구 삼성동 SM타운 코엑스아티움 3층에 전시·엔터테인먼트 체험공간인 SM타운 뮤지엄을 열었다는 소식을 듣고 무척 반가웠다. 국내 엔터테인먼트 기업이 자사 아티스트의 역사를 집대성해 상설 전시와 체험 공간을 선보이는 건 SM이 처음이다. 과거 H.O.T.와 S.E.S 시절만 해도 ‘SM타운’이었는데 EXO에 레드벨벳, NCT까지 나온 지금 와서 보면 이제는 ‘SM월드’라 해도 이상하지 않다.
이곳에서는 SM 소속인 동방신기, 슈퍼주니어, 소녀시대, 샤이니, 에프엑스, EXO, 레드벨벳, NCT의 앨범을 비롯해 사진, 활동 의상과 소품 등을 만날 수 있다. 뮤직비디오나 앨범 등을 제작하는 과정과 그 과정에서 나온 산물(메모, 스케치, 샘플), 증강현실(AR) 사진 촬영 같은 체험 프로그램도 마련돼 있다. SM 관계자 말대로 전 세계 케이팝 팬을 위한 대표 명소로 자리매김할 수 있을지 확인해보기로 했다.

2018 The Last Night at Jonghyun's Memorial @ SMTOWN Coex Artium 코엑스 아티움
SM Entertainment opened an official memorial space for Jonghyun from 27th Jan to 30th Apr., 2018.
I'm lucky enough to be able to visit there since I'm doing exchange in Korea at the moment. Although I've already visited the memorial in February, I decided to go there again on the last night because I don't want to regret missing the last farewell.
There are many SHINee's fans and Jonghyun's fans all over the world who weren't able to make it to the memorial, so, exactly one week after the closure of the memorial, I decided to make this video and share with you the last night at the memorial.
