2019 Lukim PNG Nau Expo - Madang Province
Lukim PNG Nau Tourism Expo has been recognized as an industry-led event, with sponsorship and support from PNGTPA, other stakeholders and tourism industry members. Lukim PNG Nau Tourism Expo is the only annual event of its kind in the country that unites the entire tourism industry.
The Expo provides an in-country opportunity for exhibitors to come face to face with buyers and PNGTPA overseas representatives. It is an affordable option for local industry members who may not be able to attend overseas travel shows.
Lukim PNG Nau Tourism Expo typically consists of one public day (open to the general public), two trade days (one for overseas buyers, one for local agents) and an evening networking function, as well as pre and/or post familiarization trips for the international agents.

Alotau, spectacularly situated on the edge of Milne Bay, is a good base for visiting the outlying islands. Fergusson Island has an active thermal region, hot springs, bubbling mud pools, spouting geysers and volcanoes and Misima Island was the scene of a 1930 gold rush from which a major mine has now been developed. Woodlark Island is populated by people of Melanesian ancestry, who are known for their expertly crafted wood carvings.
Located where the Solomon sea and the Coral sea meet, Alotau is definitely the place to go diving with much of Milne Bay offering spectacular natural diving for everyone.

A dive on the wreck of a B25 Mitchell 'Green Dragon' bomber, off Wongat Island, Madang lagoon, Papua New Guinea. The wreck lies in 20-25m of water and is covered in life. Thanks to John and Tony for the opportunity to dive this amazing site.

We took a great boat ride to this tropical island where we spent the day snorkeling among the coral reefs in the crystal blue waters of the Bismark Sea. It is truly a tropical paradise. If you want a little underwater adventure and want to know where to go snorkeling ... Pig Island is the place.
