I travelled the South Island, New Zealand back in August 2019, and its only now (7th April 2021) that I'm finally uploading this video.
Take note, I may look younger in this video as I made the 'talking head' part of the video over a year ago too.
I'm very aware that New Zealand is still a difficult country to enter with its restrictions on entry during the pandemic, but I hope this video will give people planning a trip to New Zealand for the future some ideas.

For 16 days I travelled with my wife around the South Island of New Zealand spending my days filming the beautiful island. We traveled in the Summer time. I drove 3987km's and captured 1337gb of film, I scaled the edges of mountains, hiked through valleys and enjoyed everything Mother Nature had to offer. A Cinematic Travel Video from our trip to South Island, New Zealand. After a tough few years in lockdown, This was the adventure I needed to run away from my home and feel alive again. So, along with my crazy friends Nirmal, Meet, Shrey, Praful and Manpreet, we went on some crazy adventures. We set of on an incredible one week journey around the South Island discovering its hidden gems through the campervan. We visited beautiful waterfalls, some incredible animals, and climbed the most challenging and touristic hike of the south island. The weather throughout our journey was not that good so we had to make most of the days we did have. There were endless things to do and we missed out some of the places as well, but there is always the next time..!!!

This is the very first travel movie that I have made.
It took me almost 1,5 years and over 800 hours of post-production to get it finished.
So I had a really hard time getting into the video editing program (Adobe Premiere Pro).
A big shout-out to all film-makers and creators who provide tutorials for free.
