We spent 3 nights/4 days at Quackers, The Little Burrow. A 'hobbit' house on the outskirts of Wells in Somerset. הדבר הנפלא הראשון בצימר המעולה הזה הוא קודם כל האירוח המדהים של ויקטוריה (בעלת הצימר) שדואגת לכל מה שצריך בחדווה ענקית והמון המון חביבות ורצון טוב.
הדבר השני הוא הניקיון הנדיר של הסוויטה שהיינו בה, הכל כל כך מבריק ונעים במיוחד.
הסוויטה מרווחת מאוד, חדרים גדולים, מקלחת שלא מתחשק לצאת ממנה, מרפסת הענקית ומאובזרת (ג'אקוזי ענק, מנגל גדול ופינות ישיבה נוחות) שצופה לכנרת, המטבח מצוייד בכל מה שצריך (ואפילו יותר) והחצר מלאה בעצי פרי שמוסיפים גם הם להרגשה הנפלאה של האירוח כאן.
לא סתם המוטו של הצימר הזה הוא הקולינריה.
בנוסף לכל הטוב שיש בצימר יש כאן אוכל טעים ביותר, כל ביס הוא עונג מושלם, כל מנה היא חוויה קולינרית בפני עצמה.
המגוון רחב ביותר החל ממנות ילדים מתאימות, דרך ארוחות בוקר מעולות (ניתן להזמין גם טוסטים, מלאווח, ג'חנון ועוד) ועד ארוחות צהרים/ערב עם מנות מיוחדות כגון: מוח עגל, אסדו, קוסקוס,צלי בקר בפטריות ועוד...
אנחנו בחרנו את הדג המרוקאי ואת הסלמון ברוטב אסייאתי וזה היה טעים ברמות !
לארוחת הבוקר תוכלו לבחור את הביצים האהובים עליכם שמוגשים עם לחם שרק יצא מהתנור כמה דקות קודם לכן יחד עם טונה, מגוון גבינות, מטבלים, סלט ירקות ועוד... ולקינוח פנקייקס עם חמאה וריבות לצידן.
