20 Minute Lower Body & Abs Strength Workout [Dumbbells OR Bodyweight]

Tap into this lower body strength workout for a solid leg day pump! We take you through lower body strength training exercises with some core intensive movements sprinkled in. You also have the option of doing this workout with or without dumbbells and Toya will provide modifications for the more difficult exercises. Full Workout:

Warm up:
25 Squats
10 Second Pause
6 Total Sets
Circuit 1:
7 Jump Squats
7 Second Rest
10 Total Sets
Circuit 2:
30 Second Wall Sit
15 Air Squats
10 Jump Squats
2 Rounds = 1 Set

Leg day, full workout

POWERFUL LEG DAY WITH EQUIPMENT

Here is a sample leg day workout plan that targets all the muscles in the legs:

1. Squats - 3 sets of 8-12 reps
2. Lunges - 3 sets of 8-12 reps (per leg)
3. Leg press - 3 sets of 8-12 reps
4. Deadlifts - 3 sets of 8-12 reps
5. Calf raises - 3 sets of 8-12 reps
6. Leg extensions - 3 sets of 8-12 reps
7. Leg curls - 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Remember to warm up before starting this workout and cool down afterward. Make sure also to stretch out your leg muscles after the workout. It's also important to listen to your body and only do exercises you feel comfortable with. If you're new to working out, it's a good idea to start with fewer sets and reps and gradually increase as your strength and endurance improve.

Remember to maintain proper form throughout each exercise, focus on controlled movements, and listen to your body's limits.
