Day one of our staycation at Our Escape in Spring Hills Portland. We always enjoyed the drive so much we had to share. If you liked it as much let us know in the comments. Our little cabin is off the grid and perfect for a family of four and a tight squeeze for us, but we make it work. There is so much to do on the property and the town is all worth it. Here is where we feel close to nature and ourselves.

Renting a cabin in the hills of jamaica for a day: Firstly! Happy May 1st! I am writing to you from Jamaica. An insight on this video: My sister and I decided to rent a cabin for her birthday for a day .We ended up choosing the Holywell Park where we stayed at the Hot Lips cabin. This specific one is a cozy one-bedroom cabin with a small sitting area and kitchenette. It comes equipped with everything you need! From kitchen utencils to towels to soaps, pillows etc.
Here are some facts about Holywell:
Entrance fee : $400 JMD . However if you rent a cabin, your entrance fee is waived.
Holywell offers expansive picnic areas with barbeque pits and gazebos. It is also home to the Blue and John Crow National Park Visitors' Center, where you can learn more about Jamaica's only national park. There's a Children's Discovery Zone, and coffee and farm tours are also available (from visitJamaica.com).

Welcome back to the channel.
We spent an awesomely horrific 2 nights hiking 20.6 miles up to 7402ft above sea level to the amazing Blue Mountain Peak, Jamaica.
It is the highest point in Jamaica and the second highest point in the Caribbean.
We stopped at the Portland Gap where we camped for the night; it was the coldest and most uncomfortable night of my life.
It was long and took a massive toll on my body but the views were worth it.
It was definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity and I took.
