Here's my Norwegian Premium Economy review, onboard a Boeing 787 Dreamliner from Seattle to London.
I was looking forward to trying Norwegian Premium Economy after hearing some positive things about it. Sadly my experience was not as positive, and an uncomfortable seat and surly crew led to a pretty disappointing flight.

Norwegian Airlines 787-9 Economy Class Lowfare Review (Original Configuration) CDG to FLL
Norwegian airlines has parked its 787 fleet in 2020, but I flew them last year in Economy with a base Lowfare ticket in the final days of 2019 on a flight from Paris to Ft Lauderdale.
January 2021 update: Sadly Norwegian has decided to permanently end their long haul operations with the Dreamliner. I hope you enjoy this look back at what they offered. Norwegian was an important airline for all transatlantic flyers as they drove down fares of the mainline carriers to compete, as well as offered competitive one way fares which traditional airlines would not sell.

Join us on this eighth episode of “Series 3” on Gilbert Travels, where I will review my remaining flights taken prior to stopping travels for the COVID-19 crisis. I remember years back being impressed with the launch of Norwegian Airlines’ long haul service, with their low fares, reasonable one way pricing, and choice to use all new cutting edge Boeing 787 Dreamliners as a low cost carrier. However the flights and fares never lined up for me to actually try them until my last trip of 2019, when I got to try both classes of service. Today we take the returning leg in economy and try to see just how few fees we could get away with paying on their base Lowfare class.

Welcome to Norwegian Flight DY7084 service to Oslo Gardermoen. The Flight was operated by LN-LNE a 2.4 Year Old 787-800 Dreamliner. Overall it was a pleasant flight. Was punctual the Inflight Entertainment was great and apart from the poor legroom the Cabin was comfortable too. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a cheap fare but beware of the extra charges.

We joined Norwegian on the first flight from Amsterdam to New York JFK. A 7 hour flight on an 8 month old Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner in premium economy.
NORWEGIAN BOEING 787-8 DREAMLINER BOSTON-LONDON ECONOMY CLASS HD
Hey guys, finally a new report on my channel! We are now more than 1'000, thank you so much! This review shows my last and cheapest transatlantic flight. The price for this flight only (part of a return ticket) was 100 USD only. The overall price for the return ticket was 290 USD which is totally insane! I was actually very impressed with Norwegian: Dreamliner, pretty good seat pitch, smiling crew, great system to order food/drinks onboard and a great IFE!
I was surprised to see that the difference between this product and the ones offered by european and american legacy carriers is not that important in economy class (the main difference being the free food and hold luggage). That's why, if I ever get the chance to travel for that price again on Norwegian, I would not hesitate!

Norwegian Airlines Economy to Bangkok Thailand Trip Report - Norwegian Airlines 787 Dreamliner
I am flying to Thailand with Norwegian Airlines Economy class from Bergen airport Flesland via Oslo airport Gardermoen to Suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok. I am running away from the rain and cold to sun, blue sky and +30 Celsius. It is a Norwegian Airlines 787 Dreamliner that will take us all the way to Thailand.
The 787 Dreamliner is a comfortable plane that will take us to Thailand in just over 10 hours. I will fly in the economy class on this trip and will make good use of the in-flight entertainment center.

Norwegian 787-8 | Economy Class | Los Angeles (LAX)-Stockholm (ARN) | Full Flight Report |
A full flight report of my flight between Los Angeles, California and Stockholm, Sweden (LAX-ARN). Overall, I found this 10 and 1/2 hour flight quite enjoyable! Although Norwegian is considered a low-cost airline, I found their product comparable to full service airlines. With a seat pitch of 31-32', a seat width of 17.2', and touch-screen IFE, and a modern 787 cabin, Norwegian Air was sufficient for this flight. Furthermore, the price for this ticket was extremely low and the ticket included a checked bag and 2 meals! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience on Norwegian and I would not hesitate to fly them on future trips to and from Europe!
