If you're going to Amman Jordan, it's probably because of the tourism around the country and the airport (most convenient, at least) happens to be in Jordan. But what about the food in Amman, and the tourism, the sights and top things to see and do?
This Amman travel video will give you a quick city tour - complete with the Amman Jordan tourism spots like the Roman Theatre, the Citadel, etc, but also showing you some insider locals type areas, like Hashem's Restaurant, because the Amman Jordan food is just amazing.
And no, the title is a joke, the child gangs in Amman aren't really an issue, we just ran into a group of 20 kids or so that we couldn't communicate with - they clearly wanted something, we just don't know what, so we kept walking.

Jordan was a big surprise, I didn't realise before starting my adventure how many nice people and amazing landscapes I would see. In some more remote locations it was a bit frustrating to walk around as people are not used to see tourists around, specially fully tattooed, so it felt like a spotlight was on us and people wouldn't give us a smile, but I could feel the curiosity in them so I tried to speak and be open as much as possible and great surprises came from that!
If you get to visit Jordan all around like I did, you will probably end up thinking that Petra is nothing when compared to other places like Wadi Mujib reserve or Wadi Rum. Petra is amazing in its own right but there is so much more...

AMMAN, JORDAN - Finally made it to the beautiful country of Jordan. This has been a long time coming. Today I spent the day in the capital of Jordan, Amman. The vlog starts in downtown Amman near Rainbow Street. Here I stumbled across the some locals who showed me the best restaurant on Rainbow Street. Come with me today as we explore the plant based scene in the beautiful capital of Amman on my first visit to Jordan.

Nabteh O Father: Located in the downtown Amman on Rainbow Street, this is a traditional Jordanian restaurant. Here, I tired falafel, ful medames, hummus and Arabic bread. Total price - Jordanian hospitality is wonderful and our meal was free of charge
