The reason for this video is to give Expats and soon to be Expats a better idea of, what to expect from Cartagena, where you should consider living in Cartagena Colombia and how Cartagena looks like in general.

Cartagena is a beautiful city with a lot of tourist attraction and especially in history. Walking thru the historic center is like a walk in the past. But see it by yourself in the video.

We really enjoyed our time in Cartagena de las Indias (that's how it is officially called). It's such a colorful, diverse and HOT city. There's a lot going on every day due to the many tourists.

Unfortunately, Cartagena isn't as beautiful as before, due to the many tourists, drugs, and prostitutes. (That's what Colombians are saying)

Have you ever been to Cartagena? Are you even living there? Let us know in the comments.

Don't hesitate to contact us with any Expat questions you might have. No matter if you've got questions about Medellin, Bogota, Santa Marta or Colombia in general. We would love to support you on your journey.
