Double Headed Alco Power - 830 class 844 trial run with 930 class 958
SteamRanger Heritage Railway has acquired a few Alco locomotives in recent years, 830 class 844 is one such example of this. Interestingly enough 844 has a history of pulling ARHS SA Division trains many years ago when it was in the Australian National livery.
In this video we see it running with one carriage to Goolwa from Mount Barker, before collecting Alco Locomotive 958 and additional carriages for the run back up to Mount Barker.

In the later years of their careers, the Hunter region was a gold mine for these popular ALCo locomotives.

This is a Master Chiropractic Massage treatment for Upper Trapezius and Back Shoulder Pain.
I didn't know I had a problem with my Upper Trapezius and was suffering from Back Shoulder Pains, until I came for this Thai Chiropractic Massage Treatment.
The Master Chiropractic Doctor, ran through so initial questions, followed by some simple upper body movements and tests to see your current mobility.
With a few test he performed he was able to pin point where I had problems. Although my body was pretty much ok, and didn't have any real severe pains I should be worried about, the Doctor did notice that I had some problem with my upper trapezius and back shoulder.
He did what he had to do, to treat my problem, and I was actually surprised how he was able to improve my pain, with just the first session. It does take several treatments to help cure the problem, but the first session was really great.
I will definitely go back to him to get my upper trapezius and back shoulders checked again.
