Taiwan is an island nation deeply rooted with Chinese culture and heritage. In present day, it is in a geopolitical struggle to maintain its democracy from being part of China. Despite its small size, Taiwan has a dynamic and resilient society, with a thriving democracy and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. The island's political status is a subject of ongoing debate, with China claiming Taiwan as part of its territory, while Taiwan operates as a separate, self-governing entity.
It was a country I never really intended to visit but have since fallen in love with the people, the landscape, the food, and the customs.
In this video, I travel around Taiwan and showcase a few places to go and what it's like visiting this small island nation.

TAIPEI, TAIWAN - Taiwan is extremely famous for their night market street food culture, and so tonight we’re eating our way through Nanjichang Night Market (南機場夜市) - a lesser known, yet extremely popular local night market. If you want an off the beaten path, guaranteed delicious Taiwanese food experience, this is a great Taipei night market to visit.
One of the greatest things about Nanjichang Night Market (南機場夜市) is that it’s not only a night market, but it’s open throughout the day and you’ll find different food available depending on the time of the day. Additionally, about 3 or 4 different stalls at this market have been featured in the Michelin Guide Taiwan.

A memorable couple trip with my girlfriend in Taiwan! In this video, we will share our personal experience covering travel plan, transportation options, hotel recommendations, estimated expenses, must-visit places, and essential tips to consider before planning your own adventure in Taiwan.
Day 1: Arrive Taipei, Ximen and do the check-in staff almost took us half day. We didn't plan more for day 1, just take some rest in the hotel and randomly went to one of the most popular night market which is Ning Xia night market. Delicious!
We went this trip on 14 April, the weather was so comfortable, not too cold, not too hot. Highly recommend visiting Taiwan in April before the summer heat sets in, allowing you to fully enjoy the perfect conditions for exploration and adventure. Stay tuned for the next Day 2,3,4,5,6 Video !

台湾のディープエンド探検2〜台湾の隠れた宝石を発見する初日編。３年ぶりに台北に来たけれどいつ来ても最高！至高の場所だった！深度探索台灣 。Deep-end exploration of Taiwan

今回から台湾旅行編の開始です！
桃園国際空港に到着後、私はMRTで台北駅まで向かいました！
台北駅で台湾人の友人と合流し、早速久しぶりの台北観光へ行きました！
最初は、絶対に食べたかった魯肉飯を食べに行きました！
いつ食べても安くて最高に美味しかったです！
食後は台北の夕日スポットである大稻埕埠頭コンテナマーケットへ行きました！
日曜だったので地元の方で大賑わいでした！
ここはビールも飲めるし、おしゃれなお店も多いのでお勧めします！
それからは３年ぶりの寧夏夜市へ！
夜市を堪能した後は、牡蠣オムレツを食べて、温泉に入って一日終了！
久しぶりに台北に行きましたが、いつ行っても楽しい街！それが台北だと思いました！

①Roaders Hotel
住所：No. 68, Yanping S Rd, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City（台北駅から徒歩11分）

②大稻埕埠頭コンテナマーケット
コンテナを利用した7つの屋台風飲食店と2つのキッチンカー＆ワゴンが集うマーケットで、「台北市で最も川に近いマーケット」のようです。
場所は、淡水河沿いの大稻埕碼頭5番水門内にあります。ここはフェリーが発着する埠頭。その横にはレンタサイクルのステーションもあり、サイクリングロードも伸びています。迪化街からは徒歩数分の距離だから、迪化街散策のついでに立ち寄ってみてください！
③寧夏夜市
寧夏路夜市（ねいかろよいち）は台湾台北市大同区の円環から北に延びる寧夏路にある夜市。台湾の伝統的な屋台料理がメインとなっている[1]。老舗が数多く集まっているとともに、台湾最大の魯肉飯のチェーン店「鬍鬚張魯肉飯」もここが発祥である[2]。寧夏観光夜市、寧夏夜市とも呼ばれる。
④皇池温泉
レストランがある伝統的な木造建築温泉リゾート。

This is the start of the Taiwan travel section!
After arriving at Taoyuan International Airport, I took the MRT to Taipei Station!
I met up with my Taiwanese friend at the Taipei station and immediately went sightseeing in Taipei for the first time in a while!
First, I went to eat some Lu Mei rice, which I definitely wanted to try!
It was always inexpensive and the most delicious!
After lunch, we went to the Dadaocheng Wharf Container Market, a sunset spot in Taipei!
It was a Sunday, so it was packed with locals! I recommend this place because you can drink beer and enjoy many fashionable stores!
After that, I went to Ningxia Night Market for the first time in three years!
After enjoying the night market, I had an oyster omelette and finished the day with a hot spring bath!
It's been a while since I've been to Taipei, but it's always a fun city to visit! That's what Taipei is all about, I thought!

(2) Dadaocheng Wharf Container Market
This market is a collection of 7 stall-style restaurants and 2 kitchen cars & wagons using containers, and seems to be the closest market to the river in Taipei City.
It is located inside the No. 5 sluice gate of Dadaocheng Wharf along the Danshuei River. This is the wharf where ferries arrive and depart. There is a bike rental station next to it and a bike path stretches along it. It is only a few minutes' walk from Dihua Street, so please stop by on your way to Dihua Street!
(3)Ningxia Night Market
Ningxia Road Night Market is located on Ningxia Road extending north from Yen Huan in Datong District, Taipei City, Taiwan. The main attraction of the market is traditional Taiwanese street food[1]. Many long-established restaurants are gathered here, as well as the largest chain of Lunghuang rice restaurants in Taiwan, Gige Zhang Lunghuang, which also originated here. It is also called Ningxia Night Market or Ningxia Night Market.
(4) Emperor Pond Hot Springs
A traditional wooden-built hot spring resort with a restaurant.

(2) 大稻埕码头集装箱市场
这个市场集合了7家大排档式餐厅和2家使用集装箱的厨房车和货车，似乎是 台北市内离河最近的市场。

타이베이 역에서 대만 친구를 만나서 바로 오랜만에 타이베이 관광을 시작했습니다!
먼저 꼭 먹어보고 싶었던 루메이 라이스를 먹으러 갔어요!
가격도 저렴하고 맛도 최고였어요!
점심 식사 후에는 타이베이의 일몰 명소인 다다오청 부두 컨테이너 마켓에 갔어요!
일요일이라서 그런지 현지인들로 붐볐어요! 맥주도 마실 수 있고 세련된 가게도 많아서 추천하고 싶어요!
그 후 3년 만에 닝샤 야시장에 갔어요!
야시장을 즐긴 후 굴 오믈렛을 먹고 온천욕으로 하루를 마무리했습니다!
타이베이는 오랜만에 가본 곳이지만 언제나 즐거운 도시입니다! 타이베이는 그런 도시라고 생각했어요!

とても口コミがよかったのでこちらに行きました。

先生は日本語ペラペラで、日本のテレビ番組でも何度か紹介されているとのこと。

日本語対応のHPもあり、ここから予約可能です！

店内もとてもおしゃれで清潔感があって????♀️！
豆花は美味しいのはもちろんのこと、トッピングの美味しさに驚きました！地瓜圓（さつまいも団子）、芋頭圓（タロ芋団子）、仙草粉粿（仙草ゼリーの乗った豆花にしましたが、お団子がとにかくモッチモチ！
今まで食べた豆花の中で一番美味しかったです！

とても崩れやすいので、台湾以外に出回ることが少ないんだとか！

食べ歩きはもちろん、台湾独特のスパイスとニンニクも効いているので台湾ビールのつまみにも最高！！

そして、梅粉味番薯脆片（梅の粉味のさつまいもチップス）！
梅粉は台湾でよく使用されているほんのり甘酸っぱい梅のパウダーです。それがさつまいもチップスにかかっていて日本にはない味付けの台湾らしいお菓子です。
