St. Lucia Travel Guide - Must-See Attractions

St. Lucia is a sovereign island country in the eastern Caribbean Sea on the boundary with the Atlantic Ocean. Part of the Lesser Antilles, it is located north/northeast of the island of Saint Vincent, northwest of Barbados and south of Martinique.
The most important places to visit in St. Lucia are: St Lucia Volcano (is the only drive-in volcano in the world. There are several pots of boiling water that are above the normal boiling point and many colors at the surface as a result of sulfur, iron, calcium oxide, copper oxide, magnesium, carbon and other mineral deposited there), St. Lucia Beaches (there are several magnificent beaches in St Lucia. All you have to do sometimes is bring along your snorkel gear, play a few games or pull out a beach chair and frolic in the sun), St Lucia Hiking (you will have the opportunity to see the national bird, a breath taking view of the tallest mountain in St Lucia, mount Gimie and the forestry reserves) and many more.
This video offers a lot of tips to help you plan the perfect vacation. If you want to save time and money, the most important St. Lucia travel tip is to compare prices before booking a hotel room or a flight. You can do this for free on a site that searches through hundreds of other travel websites in real time for the best travel deals available.

Top 10 Smallest Countries in the World

Here is the list of top 10 smallest countries in this world. With over 194 countries in the world, it's easy to think the word country equates to a massive land area with large numbers of people. Some nations are so small that cities within other nations are giants compared to them. Mostly found in Europe, the Caribbean, and the Pacific, there are many countries in the world with an area of less than 400 square kilometers. The top 10 smallest countries in the world cover a total area of 1491.4 km² which is smaller than the area of the city of Houston, Texas (1625.2 km²). A popular tourist destination in the Indian Ocean, the Maldives is the smallest country in Asia in terms of area and population. There are over 1,192 coral islands in the Maldives, which are spread over 90,000 sq.km, making it one of the world's most dispersed countries. The country was once the colony of many empires, the Portuguese, the Dutch, and the British, but became an independent country in 1965. Today, the Maldives has a vibrant tourism economy due to its famous white sand beaches and crystal blue waters.
With their own governments and own culture, these small countries are some of the richest, most remote, and most intriguing places in the world. Let's take a look at the 10 smallest countries in the world today:
10. Maldives
9. Saint Kitts and Nevis
8. The Marshall Islands
7. Liechtenstein
6. San Mariano
5. Tuvalu
4. Nauru

Touring St. Kitts

The Caribbean island of St. Kitts features 69 square miles of white-sand beaches, warm waters, and sunny skies. We toured the island and explored its history, stopping at landmarks including the Brimstone Hill Fortress and the town of Basseterre. Then we dove deep into the Caribbean Sea to search for sunken ships and sea creatures. Exciting views above and below sea level—what more could you ask for?

St. Kitts (font princess.com)
Jagged volcanoes soaring above azure and turquoise seas, dense rainforests in myriad shades of green, rolling fields of sugarcane--welcome to St. Kitts. Along with its neighbor, Nevis, St. Kitts presents an exotic landscape more common to Polynesia than the Caribbean. The islands' terrain, rich soil, and climate made them ideal locations for raising sugarcane. In fact, St. Kitts and Nevis were once the crown jewels of the Caribbean. During the 17th and 18th centuries, Spain, France and England vied for control of the islands, with the English finally winning out in 1787. Today, British and French heritage is evident on both islands. Basseterre, the capital of St. Kitts, boasts fine, restored colonial buildings. Impressive Brimstone Hill Fortress, called the Gibraltar of the West Indies, is one of the most impressive fortresses in the Caribbean.

Nevis Island Tour, Beach & Lunch
Begin your island adventure with a scenic, 45-minute boat ride along the coast of St. Kitts' southeastern peninsula to the beautiful sister island of Nevis. Upon arrival in Charlestown, the capital, embark on a drive through the tranquil town for a glimpse of the true Caribbean lifestyle. As you drive through the island, your native guide will provide the history of life in Nevis. Wind your way through sleepy villages. Then, arrive at Pinney Beach for lunch at LIME Beach Bar. After your meal, relax on a lounge chair or take a dip. Board your boat right off the beach and ride back to port.

Welcome to the tropical paradise ...... St. Kitts,

Saint Kitts is an island in the West Indies. The western side of the island borders the Caribbean Sea, and the east coast overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Saint Kitts and the neighboring island of Nevis is one of the country: the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis. This island is one of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles. Travel In St Kitts, Caribbean

Travel around St Kitts with Wanderlust Chloe. St Kitts in the Caribbean is a paradise island packed full of things to do. Featuring zip-lining and rainforest treks, checking out the old forts and sugar plantations and long lazy days sunbathing on the beach!

❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊❊

In April 2016 I was asked to be an ambassador for St Kitts. I couldn’t wait to get straight out to the Caribbean and explore the island for myself. In this video I take you on a tour of the island, so if you’re planning a visit, this will certainly inspire you!

First stop, a visit to Brimstone Hill, the island’s old fortress. Then it’s up to Bellemont Farm, a part of Kittitian aHill. This is the uber luxury accommodation on the island with great views and sitting in the shadow of Mount Liamuiga.

You can’t have a holiday in the Caribbean and not try the rum punch. Thankfully there were plenty of chances to enjoy it, usually with an amazing view of the sea.

We spent an afternoon at Cockleshell Beach where we enjoyed a spot of sunbathing and kayaking.

I loved the rainforest hike and zip-lining. It was a great way to explore the less visited parts of the island, and get that hit of adrenaline too! It was also interesting checking out Ottley’s Plantation Inn. Sugar was the main industry on the island for a long time and the old plantations are fascinating to look around.

Basseterre, the capital of St Kitts, is lively, colourful and where you’ll find most of the island’s shops, cafes and markets. One of the most authentic Caribbean experiences was checking out the fishermen as they prepped their catches of the day on the beach.

One of my favourite adventures of the week was hopping on a private catamaran and heading snorkelling. We snorkelled with turtles and tropical fish, then stopped at the island of Nevis for rum punch!

We finished our week by travelling on the St Kitts Scenic Railway around the island. It’s a great way to see parts of the island you can’t reach by car.

Best Caribbean Destination - Saint Kitts Trip Vlog Part 2

Best Caribbean Destination - Saint Kitts Trip Vlog Part . Is all about my trip to St. Kitts. It is the best caribbean destination I've been to. Ive been to a lot of places in the Caribbean as well. The landscape is so beautiful and its not very touristy.

St. Kitts | CruiseOne

Intoxicating natural beauty, sunny skies, warm waters, and white sandy beached combine to make St. Kitts one of the most seductive spots in the Caribbean.

Swimming and soaking up the sun are two of the most important things to do while visiting! Why not take advantage of the many pristine beaches? The rocky landscape provides many private coves and secret spots where tourists can feel like they have a private beach all to their own. After all, who doesn’t like a bit of privacy?

Experience lush and thriving rainforests and untouched dive sites all around the island. One of the most exciting things to do in St. Kitts is explore the wildlife that roam the island. Over a quarter of the island is composed of rainforests, where you can get up close and personal with animals like green monkeys, lizards and mongoose.

An island tour will give you a quick taste of what St. Kitts has to offer and will definitely lure you back for more. Tours will most likely travel through the islands capital city, Basseterre, and the magnificent gardens of Romney Manor. No St. Kitts island tour would be complete without a stop at Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park. This UNESCO National Heritage site has plenty to explore. This is also one of the best places to take in the costal vistas and stunning views of neighboring islands.

Live the island life- St. Kitts is calling your name!

St. Kitts Travel Advice for Tourists in 4K UltraHD

St. Kitts Video Playlist -

St. Kitts is an awesome island to visit! There are an abundance of cruise ships that sail to St. Kitts but I recommend a vacation rental and staying on-island for a week. There are an abundance of excellent restaurants and the island is not overly-commercialized like many Caribbean islands are now. Nevis is also a short car ferry or people ferry ride away. I hope that this video provides you with valuable St. Kitts vacation advice. Please share with others and feel free to ask me any questions that you may have. I'll happily try my best to answer!
